How do I contact them
I placed an order for jeans on August 22, they said 3-5 days for delivery but meanwhile I have heard nothing. My main issue is how do I contact them? Can someone give me an email address?

£5.95 postage does not warrant lack of service
£5.95 postage and only just being processed by Evri 6 days later! Will say 5 as ordered evening of 6th! Wonder how long it will take to reach me now? Reviews are terrible, now wish had not ordered from them! I have ordered, had delivery, returned & had refund in less time from other retailers with free delivery & returns.

I brought a pair of men’s stretch jeans…
I brought a pair of men’s stretch jeans they was that big and long was unbelievable and wasn’t going to go through problem of sending back because husband had chucked them in washing machine hoping they had shrunk but didn’t so me being me I have ordered him two new pair smaller but we are both disabled and the price I have been charged for phone calls I am sure they keep you talking on purpose 😡

By no means a Chum
I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes. Order was immediately acknowledged and they took the money.
3 days later the delivery company Evri sent me an email that they had the parcel and would deliver it on Saturday 16th August between 16.00-18.00 hours. It never arrived but the next day Evri said it would be delivered Monday 18th. Again no delivery. Phoned Evri today seems they never had the parcel, not sure who is lying. Chums have failed to reply to 5 emails from me. Am trying now to obtain refund from my bank . Have copies of all the above
I wrote to Chums 5 times quoting their order number and they never once replied When they read any one of the 5 messages and reply DIRECTLY to me , I will reply to them. This is only a pretence , by them as VERY LARGE NUMBERS of other dissatisfied customers on your TrustPilot site prove

Shoddy goods!
I bought two pairs of Touch Fasten Sandels ‘Greneda’
In June. I wore them no more than three or four times. On one of them I found the decoration had dropped off sometime.
I wrote to Chums. I was told because I had worn them I couldn’t change them.
Did they think I wouldn’t wear them?
I cannot wear them now. With one missing the decoration they look odd.
I am disgusted with the response I received on complaining about their shoddy goods. I will never buy from them again. I will also spread the word about this unreliable company.

Avoid at all costs
Dreadful. Cheap crappy jeans poorly cut & much too big. Impossible return process demanding a codes that don’t exist. Stay well away.
What a disappointment
What a disappointment. We have purchased items from Chums over many years, their products are usually excellent. Our order did not arrive and it is impossible to contact Chums or Evri - Customer Service is non-existent. Sadly we will not be purchasing from Chums again - nor from any company that uses Evri as they just do NOT deliver the goods.

I spoke to someone last week about the order and the confusion the new system caused - taking money but saying no money taken. Not even the telephone agent knew what was happening. I was promised a callback from a manager on Monday or Tuesday this week - nothing There is no local EVRI Shop, according to the EVRI Website, so how do I return the items and get a refund especially after being told by your agent that the order hadn’t gone through
Extremely disappointed
Clothes fall apart
The two stars are for the clothes, which I like. The three missing stars are because they fall apart. I bought blouses, a jacket, and some trousers. The blouses and jacket have all lost buttons in just over a month of buying them. The stitching of the entire centre area of one pair of trousers disintegrated within weeks. I haven't been brave enough to wear the other pair. One pair of trousers had a very peculiar seam sewn up the back of each leg, in addition to them being the wrong size. Three buttons out of five have fallen off the jacket. I have asked customer services for replacement buttons. They haven't had the courtesy to reply. I'm not able to edit the initially favourable reviews on their website. I doubt I'll be shopping with them again any time soon.
Update:- I sent information again to Chums, as they say they had requested - they hadn't - but have heard no more. The only communication I have ever had from Chums is their reply to my original review here. Definitely won't be shopping with them ever again.

Purchases not delivered.
I have ordered £72 of clothing at the beginning of July. The cheque has been cashed, but goods have not arrived. I have rung them, emailed and written a letter. No response, just more catalogues arriving in the post.
Finally a result after threatening legal action
Sent items back by EVRI on July 21st, and still no refunds. I've emailed 5 times now, because their "Enquiry line" is always out of order.
I returned something to a different online company the same day, and had the money back in 10 days.
I've given them my name, my address, my postcode, my account number and order number.
They replied again today,( after 3 days!) saying they can't trace me, and demanding a " tracking number" which I don't have as the guy scanned it, asked my name, and took the parcel.
After the 2nd email they said I would be refunded by August 1st - now they don' t know who I am! Thieves.
UPDATE: On 9th August I got a call from Chums (either Josh or Joe?) a guy with an American accent. He apologised profusely, and said my refund had already been issued.
August 12th, another nonsense e-mail (6th to date!) to state that they hadn't got my return, and a refund would take another 3 weeks while they sorted it out!
I referred them to the phone call on 9th, and said they had until 15th to give me my money, or I would arrange a Chargeback, and report them to "Rogue Traders". This triggered another grovelling email from Joe, apologising for the "misinformation" and said my refund would be in my account in 3-5 working days.
August 14th - refund for £33.60 in my account finally!
Having worked in Customer Service for an online company who were struggling, I strongly suspect that Chums are in financial trouble, and holding on to customers' money for as long as possible. I still might report them to "Rogue Traders"!
Not at all impressed with customer services
Yesterday I tried to place an order for some shoes, when I input all the financial information for payment it stated there was an error so I went in again and redid it.
I then received two confirmation orders for the same product which if ordered together would have given me a discount and not incurred two lots of postage.
I have starting yesterday immediately after seeing these two orders started sending approximately 10 emails asking for this to be sorted out. Not one reply just another lots of advertising about their products.
I attempted to phone but this takes a long time to get through and I am not inclined to wait whilst racking up a 13p per minute charge.
I have received goods in the past and have been pleased with them.
I have given one star as I am not able to give less which would be my first choice.
I expect I shall have to wait for the delivery and then take a terip out to return the second pair and then wait for a refund.
I would like to know how to contact this company without hanging on the phone and waiting to be contacted.
3 days later and surprise surprise I have the other order coming even though I have contacted them numerous times to say it is an error on their part so, we shall have to send them back but incur the extra postage of £5.95.
Unbelievable
Useless. Disappointing.
My parcel which I returned a month ago has gone missing. No reply from chums. So no help from them. Evri said its on its way. So I lose my money with no sign of refund.as pensioners needing every penny we have no help. What a letdown.your no chums of ours.

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. Do not use. My 93 year old, deaf father ordered a pair of shoes. They cashed his cheque but the items didn’t arrive. He has spent a fortune on a premium rate phone number trying to get his money or his shoes. They said they’d look into it but have not responded. He is so distressed. They are heartless and don’t care. I can only think I have to go to trading standards now to get some redress for him.
Missing item and 0 stars for customer service
Placed an order, order arrived item missing, unable to call as they shut the phone lines due to amount of call , tried to email , email address invalid , now been told emails closed as behind on answering tried to submit a contact form wouldn't accept that either . Now spoken to someone , no apology I had to ask for speedy delivery as wasn't offered, terrible company , would I recommend No DEFINATLY NOT .
