Very much recommend! When I was struggling to find a room, Giulio helped very quickly. From offering a virtual viewing to make sure I didn’t fall behind other clients to meeting us in a heatwave to view the flat in person for confirmation, I felt safe every step of the way knowing Giulio was there to help and answer a WhatsApp message even late in the evening. Thank you Giulio for your patience, flexibility around contract dates and being very informative!

Be aware that most of the comments are written before moving in or just after as the agents pressure to leave a good review asking several times. The age is do a great job in the process with visits and helping with documents but the conditions of the house are really bad. Most of household appliances doesn't work correctly and it takes several months to be changed. The admin don't really care about and takes a lot to respond. House as humidity and the general state of the house is really old and bad it would need some works but they absolutely don't care

Put an enquiry in on Thursday night in spare room, got a virtual viewing Friday lunch time. Dominik gave me additional information and went the extra mile for me given my particular circumstances and first time on the rental market, signed the room that day. really easy and helpful every step of that way.

This is the worst agency you will ever encounter. The maintenance is a joke—no exaggeration. There’s an oven hazard, the fridge doesn’t work properly, and the bathroom is in poor shape—no functional shower handle. The doors have no locks, so using the bathroom is an issue. The intercom doesn’t work either. I lodged complaints on the 7th, and they only responded on the 19th—just to settle a review, not to fix anything. On the 27th, nothing had happened. It’s an ongoing issue. Please choose another option!
