Alamin was very helpful and accommodating, and the admin team were speedy and helpful.

David was amazing throughout the house hunting process. I was stressed about a lot of different things but he was super helpful and answered and helped with everything as much as possible.

David Olmos was amazing. Genuinely very very good. Very punctual, always on time, straight to the point, gives all the info needed, polite and also sped up the process on the admin side. Organised a flat for me literally in 2 days. I don’t usually get in with agents but this experience makes me reconsider. Amazing job from David!!

Note: CityAccomodations encourages the new tenants to finish TrustPilot reviews while paying a deposit capitalising on the occupants need to move in.

Ironically all the reviews only mention an agent and onboarding but don't deal with the long-term reality of using their services. They are 'statpadding' good reviews - all positives refer to househunting etc.

The following were the main takeaways to not utilise this agency again:

*cleaner didn't turn up for 3 months whilst being part of the rental agreement
* Broke fixtures in the room and repetitive emails only for them to get them fixed after 2 months which is not worth the discomfort and issue.
* Rat infestation with the house being freshly refurbished
* Absolutely dismal Wifi with the agents confirmation of "Good and working" to actually be in the range of 1.5 to 3 MBPS
* Access to the flat from external parties without notice along with current changes made to the flat for the upcoming tenants to grab even more money.
* A typical leaving agreement with a certain notice is bound to have a certain threshold date which has been specified of 45 days but on top of that they will ask for a termination fee and additionally a finders fee or the rent again as they have deemed us the "licensee" not a "tenant"
*Interestingly enough they ask for a Trustpilot review as soon as they on board you onto one of the rooms which is extremely funny with the sad state of things in how they transpire moving forward in the room.
*Early stage of the contract random people were fighting for a room as they triple booked a room and were not ready to even refund one of the persons.

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, ROOMS BELOW PAR, SECURITY CONCERNS AND EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT.

He is very kind for me. When I sign a home contract. He helped me all of them. Also! When I text about home contract at night suddenly, he replied and it was helpful. Thanks.
