City RE Accommodations over the years has been indulging in the act of cooking up fraudulent claims against former tenants that are moving out of the apartments they manage in-order to steal out of their refundable deposits. I am a victim of this dubious scheme and unfortunately I have also come across a lot other innocent people that they have suffered from this scam.
DO NOT RENT APARTMENTS FROM CITY RE ACCOMMODATIONS.

The company was straightforward to talk to, the room I was looking for was already rented and they offered me different options. David Olmos showed me a room on-site and we easily and rapidly closed the rent deal, not only by showing it but also through all the steps of the renting.

Houcine was very friendly and helpful agent. He helped me a lot searching a flat. He was very considerate and easy to communicate. Thank you!!

I also really liked that the company provides 360 photos before viewing, it is convenient, I have not seen this option with other companies before.

Another huge plus for this company is that they are open to a foreign guarantor, however, this creates difficulties. I think the admin team is either too busy or a little programmed. The processing time of the documents took too long, to be honest, due to the indirect conversion of documents from abroad. But the admin team still did not answer questions, sending programmed messages over and over.

Overall, the service before checking references is really excellent, I would even say the best I have seen in London so far, but the admin team, I think, could be better. I can’t say about the maintenance of the property yet, but one of the tenants has been living here for 3 years and said that everything is fine

I only have positive things to say about my experience with City Accommodations, specifically with David Olmos. I am speaking on behalf of my friend and me when I say that he made renting the bedrooms drastically easier and smoother, always providing excellent customer service and help 24/7. It can be quite overwhelming finding housing in London, which made this whole experience even better, as we always felt at ease with his service.

Julian was very helpful in getting me moved in and familiar. Also very friendly and personable and gave me great advice about the area and transport links.

IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU, STAY VERY FAR AWAY….I had a terrible experience with this city accommodation. They completely disregard tenants' privacy they will barge into your room with little or no notice and most importantly take forever to address any maintenance issues. When things go wrong in the house, don’t expect a quick fix—they drag it out for ages. Worse, they make tenants pay for normal wear and tear and will look for any reason to make deductions from your deposit at the end of the tenancy, they blamed tenants for everything, even things out of our control. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free living experience. Another annoying thing, they give you an agreement🤣🤣 that agreement is what they use against people..Avoid this scammers!!!!!!!!! City accommodation, if you like continue to pay people to give you positive review here, Everyone that has dealt with you knows that you are evil and selfish…you will return the £150 you took from my deposit if not, I’ll be coming here to drop negative review daily!!! Thieves!!!!!! If there’s anything less than 1 star , that’s what you deserve !!!!!!!!!!!!
