I am really appreciate David’s help these days. I found the room via Spareroom, and then David send me a lot of details about it then I go to London to have a look about that room. It is a pretty nice place with nice location. I signed the contract immediately on that day, however due to my diagnosis of cancer, my school supplies me an accessible accommodation nearby the school later. Based on my health conditions, I decided to move to the accessible accommodation, I am worried about the deposit I just paid a few hours before I got the information from the university. David knew about that and also help me to ask for refunding. As such a difficult time for me, David’s help and City Accommodation’s support like a huge hug. I would like to share this experience here and I believe when I graduate I will contact with City Accommodations directly to find the next room, because I believe your warmhearted and kind can help me to continue a new beginning.

After weeks of searching for apartments with at best shady or
uninterested agents throughout London, I found all I needed with David and City Accomodations !

I spoke to Natalia on the day, she promised to revert back with feedback and a solution but never did.
City Accommodation failed to provide an alternative accommodation or even provide an update on how long an assessment/repairs will take.

It's now been 5 day's and we've heard nothing back.
If we don't receive feedback and a resolution soon, we'll have to take legal action against them.

Extremely poor service, I do not recommend them!

The properties are good so as the agent. Houcine was very helpful though out the process and very attentive . Would definitely recommend to go for .
