David was quite thorough in his viewing showing me every part of the available apartments and answering my questions alongside sending reminders during the paperwork process.

Although David did not stick to the scheduled viewing time and kept me waiting for minutes due to his overlapping viewings.

Houcine has been friendly and responsive so far and we were able to settle for a property in a quick and easy process

Houcine was easy to reach, efficient and found me a place really fast that met my needs. The first place I viewed with him I didn’t like but I didn’t want to say anything but he was able to sense that and he didn’t pressure me or to try to hard sell that place, instead he asked what I liked and found me something else that I like. He’s very helpful even when I asked questions that wasn’t directly related to his scope in this process. Thank you

Houcine did a great job with the viewing and helping me throughout the process of booking the room, as well as payment. I do think he’s very good at his job. Nevertheless, I do believe that an aspect to improve is maintenance. When I arrived to the room, there were multiple flaws to be fixed including the doorknob and the closet door (which was completely detached). I’m still waiting for these to be repaired. Apart from that, everything else has been pretty good.

David Olmos has been amazing and always helpful for any questions that I have and makes the process faster. The experience has been great and he’s always looking after me from the beginning until the end when I signed the contract. I’ll recommend him for any letting agency purpose.

Verry verry fast and polite

I have had an extremely poor experience with City Accommodations, namely with David Olmos and Houcine.

David was very efficient in ensuring that he took my money for the holding deposit for a house. He also got me to sign the Holding Deposit Agreement. Once I had paid this amount, I was then told by a different agent, Houcine, that the room had been given to another tenant that was interested. The agents held 2 holding deposits at the same time which is unlawful.

I was completely deceived by both agents and was lead to believe that by putting a holding deposit down, I had secured the property. They then allowed a different tenant to swipe it from me and completely disengaged with me afterward, not answering my calls or messages.

Do NOT engage with these agents. They have misled me and will work very quickly to get money off you without looking at other interested parties.

Would not recommend. Agents were very responsive and friendly but property management is very incompetent and unresponsive. They have no regards for your safety.

David Olmos has been fantastic in helping me !! I can’t thank him enough in helping me to find a room! He really went above and beyond and deserves a successful career !!

I arranged and had a viewing with David Olmos. He was lovely and friendly and very helpful and responsive.

Carmari Spitelari, a member of staff of this agency, entered my room without permission after his colleague provided notice to my email inbox less than 20 minutes before his entry.

While I was having an important and secure video meeting in my room, after I had made it clear, not now, you can't come in, and it was refused.

I then asked him to come back later, and it was refused.

He then proceeded to barge into my room, and while I had to stand up and defend myself, interrupted the meeting, while embarrassingly, everyone on the other side witnessed the whole unfortunate and surreal situation.

I have tried to defend my right, and after attempts to discuss with him politely for him to wait, he has refused everything, and barged into my room anyway!

Now I have resorted to asking him to leave, and he refused to leave!

This member of staff has behaved as if there are no laws or regulations in this country, and no personal freedom or space, I have since reported him to the police, Case Number: CHS 27906/28MAY24

Watch out for yourself and do not take up any properties from this agency.

So far so good. I got in contact with Amber for a room in London via Spareroom. Our viewing for the first room didn’t go well because I didn’t like the room. Instead of forgetting me, Amber reached out to me asking for my expectation and recommended an excellent room that matches all my requirements and I ended up booking it. I am so grateful for her effort

The booking process was fairly quick and easy. Nothing to complain

London rental market is horrible but Amber is exceptional. One of a few agents that actually showed up for viewing on time and the rooms do look like the advertising pictures. Highly recommend!!

I was sent out from the room I rent after less then 2 weeks. I need to leave by the end of this month (05/2024), which means I need to find a new room from scratch, spend more money, move all my things, in the middle of a Master, where I have to study a LOT!
Avoid it, if possible !
