Hassan was very friendly, listened to our concerns and answered them with clarity. We originally wasn't going to proceed on the day, but decided we would, as we felt Hassan had explained everything in simple terms and we didn't want to keep asking different companies.

The whole experience was straightforward
The whole experience was straightforward and easy to understand. Everything was explained very carefully and clearly and we were given time to make an informed decision before the end of the consultation. We did not feel rushed into making a decision. The member of staff we dealt with, Alison Bray, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

A home visit to change myWill
When I called about changing my Will I was offered a home visit , straight after I mentioned hearing difficulties ( especially deciphering accurately on the phone). Mark Payne arrived within a week and immediately made me feel at ease and confidence in his professionalism. He carefully and meticulously went through every detail and explained the importance of a Power of Attorney. The whole experience was pleasant and very thorough and ended with me feeling relaxed that I can make changes if really necessary. Making a new Will was something I’ve procrastinated about for too long but at least gave me a lot of time to think about it instead of the previous one which I had rushed into .It was very generous of the CoOp to give me a home visit and Mark was kind, personable and friendly and covered every aspect diligently and carefully

Amazing Customer Service with expert…

I am pleased we went with CLS for a probate sale. Case manager Hri did a great job despite a number of frustrations along the way in dealing with unresponsive organisations. She was very responsive to any requests and questions and I am happy to recommended the company.

I used ti service to set up a will and LPA . Easy to apply online and quick video appointment. The estate consultant Graham Povey was excellent in explaining all available options. the details of the Will can get quite complicated but he he made it easy for us. thanks

Thoyab (THMA), the case manager who worked with me during a Probate, was exceptional in his service. He acted professionally throughout the case, showing compassion and kindness when it was needed. Thoyab was always thorough and efficient and would reply to my emails and queries in quick time and I never had to chase him for a response. He would always make me aware that I could contact him at any time and if I needed him to explain something in more detail he would always be happy to do so.
I can honestly say that it was Thoyab's conduct that made the 16 month process bearable. He is an asset to Co-op Legal Services and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Thoyab

Very happy with this
My first time acting as a will executor. Co-Op provided a comprehensive legal support service dealing with probate, sale of a flat, dealing with banks and utility companies etc, along with a load of things that hadn't even crossed my mind. I must mention Elanor Weaver, who was a joy to deal with, providing me with timely information and support whenever needed. Very happy indeed with the service.

First Class Service!
This is my first time dealing with Co-op Legal Services and so far the level of service provided is exceptional. From the first call with Tia Ferrigno who showed such empathy to the passing of my Mum and subsequent communication with Bridget Bignell, who is attentive, helpful and very thorough.
