First Class Service!
This is my first time dealing with Co-op Legal Services and so far the level of service provided is exceptional. From the first call with Tia Ferrigno who showed such empathy to the passing of my Mum and subsequent communication with Bridget Bignell, who is attentive, helpful and very thorough.
They have taken a huge burden from me at this incredibly difficult time.

Darren, made the Start process of making my will completely easy and relaxing, it's a relief when you can connect with someone on a level and there is no hard sell or hidden agendas. This is something that I should have done years ago for my Daughters ease when my time comes and for a very reasonable £149....Between Darren and myself we may have just saved my Daughter Thousands of pounds in Solicitors cost, not to mention the waiting time it could incur if I didn't have a will...don't wait another second, get Darren at Co-op involved in protecting your family and your Estate after death. Totally Recommend!

Video Interview with Mark Goldstein
The Video Interview I had with Mark Goldstein was very productive. He was able to answer almost all my questions. Leading up to the interview, however, there were some flaws in their processing - (1) I was advised that I didn't need a face-to-face, and that a telephone call would suffice, which Mark agreed with me, was wrong and (2) the text they sent me requiring a 'CONFIRM' response simply didn't work. Every time I tried, I got an error message. The first time this happened was on a Friday evening, which meant that with their offices closed over the weekend, I had no chance to confirm by phone before an early morning meeting on the Monday, resulting in the meeting being automatically cancelled. Coop Legal Services need to look into this, as it can really put customers off from proceeding.

At the same time, we fully recognize that the administrative process leading up to your appointment fell short of the smooth experience we aim to provide. It is understandable how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting information regarding the format of your meeting, and we recognize how stressful it was to encounter technical issues with our automated text confirmation system over the weekend. Experiencing an unexpected cancellation right before a scheduled meeting is certainly not the standard of service we want our customers to experience. Please be assured that we are actively reviewing our communication channels and technical confirmation systems to prevent these scheduling errors from happening again in the future.

I highly recommend Matthew Calveli
Matthew Calveli was my case handler, he was brilliant from taking over our probate case. He was immediately friendly, responsive, professional & caring. I can't rate the service he gave highly enough, especially due to problems with the sale of the house, I always felt he understood exactly what I was getting at. Matt was such a breath of fresh air to deal with amongst the emotional upheaval of a bereavement & sale of our family home. His tenacity with insurers that declined to acknowledge an insurance policy existed was great. All my dealings with him I felt cared about, he's a real asset to the co-op & their ethos.
