Apartment clean
Apartment clean, tidy and well presented. I thought we had asked for the twin beds to be made up as a king, which wasn’t so on arrival
A bit disappointed there was no welcome pack. Even a pint of milk, a few teabags and coffee would make a difference. Maybe a bunch of flowers to add a welcome touch .
The only real critism was the state of the patio. Weeds everywhere and looking uncared for.
However it would not put us off visiting again.

Disappointing holiday
Location idyllic. Cottage not very clean. Animal hair over throws and rug. Cobwebs along skirting in bathroom. Floor needed sweeping. Hot water went off during night. I washed bedding, towels and throws before I left, not wanting company to think it was us. We have not had any reply.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed the property’s idyllic location but are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with some aspects of your stay.
We certainly would not have expected you to wash the bedding yourself. Your comments have been passed to the owner and caretaker for their attention.
We will be in touch with you directly to follow up.

Great position for coastal walks and beach.
Lovely spacious bungalow with a sea view. 5 minutes walk down to the beach (10 minutes back up through the sand dunes!).
Great coastal walks on the doorstep.
Bosherston and Barafundle Bay only a short drive.
Comfortable and well equipped, very peaceful location.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased that you enjoyed beautiful Tenby, but very sorry that the accommodation did not meet your expectations.
It is such a pity none of these concerns were reported to us during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have been more than happy to arrange for someone to attend promptly, investigate the issues and put right what we could so that you could enjoy a more comfortable holiday.
Your comments have now been passed to the owner and management team.
Lovely setting
Lovely setting, great location, beautiful walks for hikers and dog walkers. Really cosy cottage. Locals were very friendly and helpful. Welcoming pubs, most would cater for dogs.
