Perfect 👌
Excellent service, great product, packaged well and delivered quickly. No complaints. If I had to complain then the box was damaged on one end but this was likely the delivery company not seller.

Rapid service saves the day.
The bottom shelf of my fluval Roma 125 aquarium cabinet was broken. As this affects the stability of the cabinet, I was very anxious to replace it.
I was fortunate to find Complete Aquatics as I was able to source a new cabinet at a good price and crucially for me, they promised quick delivery.
I was very pleased with their service. The flat pack was securely but not excessively packaged and was speedily delivered. I would use this company again.

Timely delivery
Timely delivery, which was greatly appreciated, as one item was required urgently.
Particularly impressive was the speed with which "Out of Stock" items were secured by Complete Aquatics and dispatched to me.
All concluded via Royal Mail, 2nd class, too!
Very happy with the service, once again.

I would theoretically remove a couple of points for the laughable! £31 highlands and islands postage fee, BUT I emailed, and the lad was so lovely and helpful, and arranged Royal Mail postage, that they get full stars instead. 😊
Thank you. Outstanding service.
