This system is designed to waste your time and cause problems which they then get to charge extra to address.
This is basically a SCAM that's sold to management as a turnkey system.
FFS do NOT use this service if you can possibly avoid it.

Worst day ever that we chose these for our business expenses system. Nothing but issues with them. The simplest expense submission is a nightmare - virtually every single time.

The worst possible app for business travel.

Anytime I’ve booked a flight, it’s always cancelled , not completed in time because of the way their system is not configured by which time the price of a flight has massively increased. I’ve been trying to book a flight for the last five days and this is my third attempt, by which time the flight has increased from £230 to £296. Not to mention the hours of wasted. And because of the price increase it needs to go to a senior Manager for approval because it’s out of business budget.
Avoid at all costs, if you’re a business, looking to find a travel booking system, definitely look elsewhere.

Avid Concur whenever you can. As both an employer and an employee you are wasting valuable time trying to make everything fit to a totally inflexible system. It now takes me 5 times as long to process my expenses including times when the system freezes and you are obliged to delete and the reallocate expenses in order to clear what they call exemptions. Having used this system for the last 5 years I would not like to calculate that actual cost to the company of my time when forced to use this totally useless system.

This company is totally useless thier app doe not work on mobile phone and you are told you need use a desktop ...what if people dont have access to a desktop ?? This is 2023 and they cant produce a decent working mobile phone app ..but i guess they dont care cos they are holding peoples wages salarys useless aviod !!!

I cannot believe they are in business - WORST user interface, worst customer service. I booked a hotel for work - keep trying to cancel - won't work. Now on hold for 32 minutes and counting - I have a meeting, this is ridiculous - I am going to escalate internally - if there is a competitor out there, I wish we could switch to them. Most inefficient system I have ever used.

Can't change your account password without contacting the non-existent support. Report a problem to support and expect a response in two weeks at best. Facility to upload receipts on the web portal fails frequently. Facility to upload receipts from the Android app fails. Period. AI consistently guesses the incorrect country for most of the transactions. If only it were possible to rate with ZERO stars. Save yourself the heartache and the significant cost, this is a hopelessly delivered and supported product.

Save yourself the frustration and find any other solution other than Concur. I have never come across a company that cares less about their customers. They made it clear, repeatedly, how little they cared about the needs of my company. The sole highlight of my one year contract with them is that it ends in 23 days.

Absolutely rubbish update to upload your expenses. Take forever to load each item - some have to be entered several times.

If i could have give a 0 i would this product is so bad its unusable, the support dont know what they are doing !
I have spent 3 hours trying to add 3 Personal milage claims and one petrol for mileage,sould be easy but it took 45 minutes and then 2 hours 15 to try to speak to someone in technical support to help.
There technical support is beyond poor the person that i spoke to kept saying goto expense/travel but i didnt have that he kept saying the same thing for at least 30 minutes but i kep telling them the same thing

It is so hard to use that I just stopped travel for work altogether. I've given up on requesting to attend out-of-town, in-person conferences altogether so I don't have to go through the nightmare of using Concur to book anything.

Absolutely worst piece of software in a generation

Company just introduced this system - whoever purchased it need firing. Not user friending at all and unable to make incremental changes that would improve the flow. No reporting available for users - steer clear!

Probably one of the worst booking systems that I have ever used form a user perspective. It is embarrassing to provide such a bad User experience.

I don't trust Concur app. Too many bugs and laborious UI. Multiple times, when attempting to delete an expense entry within a report, Concur will delete the entire report and there is no way to recover a deleted report. Forced to start over. So many hours of wasted time and energy. Not to mention there is no technical support other than pointing you toward worthless FAQs. Never have I been as frustrated with an app. User beware!!!

This is a system that seems designed to profit employers by frustrating employees to the point where they do not submit all their expenses. It is a major time-waster.
