If I could give this HORRENDOUS system less than 1 star I would. It literally is crap. What kind of marketing are they using to sucker people into purchasing this is beyond me.
Terrible, slow, clunky website, and the list goes on. I could book multiple flights using good ol' Google flights faster than I can book one simple trip on Concur. I only use it because work requires... Ver más

Solid travel and expense solution.
Not sure what is going on with all of the 1 star reviews. We have used Concur for about 10 years and are very happy with it. I suspect either the solution was sold to smaller firms that don’t have internal resources to support the app or it was sold and configured by an unqualified 3rd party.
Their mobile app is stable and easy to use. The app has the ability to take a picture of your receipt, auto crop, and auto discover the transaction type and value. Saves me a ton of time. Filing a report is also very straightforward.
We also use it to book our travel. I think your success here will depend upon the travel agency partner you choose. Otherwise we were very happy with the functionality offered.
We integrated Concur with our Oracle ERP. The expense data are imported directly into the GL with all of the correct coding. Saves the finance team a ton of time.
Their services and support team was good. Although, they were better before their acquisition by SAP.
Overall, I would buy Concur again.
Hope I never have to use it again!
I've used Concur at two of my previous companies for over 15 years in total, up until January 2022. It takes SO LONG to get anything done, building a report is just far too complex, even with all my experience using the tool each month.
I still would regularly get misreads and errors when attempting to upload photos. To save time, I and most of my colleagues preferred emailing pictures of our receipts to the HR team, with a small Excel table summarising the reasons behind our spending, and they would input the expenses to the platform. This was much quicker for the employees, although meant we would only get reimbursed every few months once we found time to build a report. I'm sure it wasn't a lot of fun for HR to spend their time on!
Seems Concur was a great option a few decades ago, but clearly technology (and especially mobile apps) have progressed significantly over the past few years. Sadly it seems SAP no longer want to invest in Concur to keep up with more modern solutions.
Absolutely awful
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful website. Sent email saying change something ( there is only one option, not my fault it wouldn’t open) I’ve spent an hour trying to alter it. And the person who sent the email can’t be bothered answering my question. Has to be the worst company I deal with.
Absolutely awful. Volunteer as a Covid vaccination clinic steward in a rural area.
I have submitted so many claims as I have attended dozens of clinics. So far I’ve received 2 payments totalling less than £20.
It’s really nice to know I’m subsidising the UK government, working for free and can’t even get my petrol paid.
Concur is abysmal. Impossible to contact them.
Complicated
Complicated. Not user friendly. Don't know why everyone using it. Decided to get support when I couldn't submit an expense and it started to ask so many questions that I just gave up.

I tried to get ahold of customer service for over an hour today :
Went to the website, could not use the “Bot” for help as it had it own list of questions, not related to what I needed
Called 855 895-4815 / 888 883-8411 / 877 901-4960 and could not ever reach anyone or leave a message to call back

Concur is easy to use
Fancy app makes putting together expense reports easy. The camera reads receipts even when bad pictures, which I like. Travel built-in is a big timesaver.
AVOID
AVOID! Dreadfull customer service! We have been trying to cancel our service now for over a year but their telephone and email system is not customer friendly to say the least! You cannot leave a voice message detailing a problem, or request a callback; and no one responds to emails; or the worst you get int an endless telphone routing loop. And I though they were supposed to be tech experts.

A company I used to work for used this as the primary way to book travel. We booked flights, cars, and hotels through this travel platform. A pro is that I think the travel platform is very easy to learn and use. I would book on behalf of a couple people and it made it easy to switch profiles and all of their information was stored. A con was that a lot of available flights would not show up when you do a search. I would have to end up just booking directly on JetBlue because Concur didn't show all the flights.
Plenty of room for improvement!!!

1-. Hotel room description is poor and unclear about the inclusion (or not) of extras such as breakfast, room size, etc Why do you need so many different prices for a room without this basic info?
2-. Upload receipts: Yes, it is handy to upload "on the go" but you need an extra app to edit the photo so it only shows the actual receipt and not the background.
3-. Try to put the receipt into your phone without connection. As a basic App you should be able to have your receipts stored in your phone until you have connectivity.
4-. Mandatory fields: why is it not possible to have it "remembered" from recent receipts so you do not need to enter into each one again.
Maybe the finance people like it as it gets their info "in" but for the travellers it is a pain in the back side.
Unstable platform
Our company uses this. Unstable and poor response
The more cynical amongst us regard this as a new way of managing expenses - if you cant put a claim in, it cant be paid.....
