If I could give this HORRENDOUS system less than 1 star I would. It literally is crap. What kind of marketing are they using to sucker people into purchasing this is beyond me.

Forced to use concur for business…
Forced to use concur for business travel. Only gave options that I would return home late at night in northern BC and it is not safe to take a cab at that time to drive through lonely mountains. Found alternative with same airline so can have a longer connection wait time at Vancouver airport and arrive in northern BC in the morning. They demanded that I pay hundreds of dollars to change and stated that their system does not give the options that I was able to find outside of their system. Not to mention that the flights I found would have been $300 cheaper than what I paid through concur. What a waste of time and put my life in danger.

I cried when I called my company's business office to get help reconciling expenses in SAP Concur. Nothing has broken me like this program. Nothing. It has left me in a crumpled pool. It has stolen my time. It has stolen my colleagues' time. It has made me question my sanity. It has gaslit me with its non-functional buttons and by repeatedly deleting my inputs. I, ultimately, do not Concur.
Our company switched from paper travel…
Our company switched from paper travel expense reports to booking and reporting through Concur as a 'stream-lining' process that would reduce administration and cut costs. That was 3 years ago.
The reality is that the use of Concur has required the addition of 2 full time admin staff to trouble shoot the constant gliches, has the same number of finance staff tracking as before, has increased the time taken by staff to file reports, and here's the kicker - increased the average cost of premium international airfares by over 30%.
The total cost to the company adding 2 FTEs, opportunity cost to staff, increased fares, and the $18 fee to Concur to 'process every submission' must be in the region of $500-750,000 a year.
The business decision is completely assinine.
Hopeless system
I have never come across such a confusing and quike feankly usless system just to get paid what your owed its a joke fonight im trging to create an expense on my mobile app and it wont let me put in a location then when i click on it for some reason it turns from gbp to usd please dont ask me why ! So i thought i would login and try and do it on my desktop but thats telling me my password has expired... why ? What the point of a password if its going to expire , the language and terms they use are not understandable and there is nothing to prompt you or ezplain the strange wording they use , it takes longer to get try and claim your money tgan it tames to do the work avoid

Question your sanity! Ask yourself if you'd be better off throwing your laptop into the sea and living the life of a hermit (in the woods? Up a mountain? The choices are endless)! These are the kind of thoughts you'll have whilst using this clapped out, buggy, maliciously un-user friendly piece of garbage that is masquerading as an expenses platform.
Absolute pile of S#!t system
Absolute pile of S#!t system! Received an email a few days ago saying "status changed" and my request has been approved! Still not showing approved on the website so STILL unable to put an invoice in from nearly 3 weeks ago!!! Worst I've ever dealt with in the entertainment industry! Who on earth works this way? Instead of "requests", why can't we just put an invoice in for that to get approval then paid rather than this crazy way it works! Awful! It gave me no choice but to give a One star! I wanted to give it a big fat ZERO!!!!!
Greene King needs to change from using this company!!!!
SAP not Concurring
Have used SAP Concur through my work for 4+ years and can only say that it is the worst part of the job.
Terrible system for raising orders and terrible system for reconciliation of invoices, not helped by faceless automated responses to questions or queries, including 99% of the staff who can't read English, and therefore don't actually answer the question or query.
But past that, the expenses system is something truly woeful and more complicated than it needs to be, constantly the Bots will return expenses, missing dates/missing invoices/missing detail, upon checking you will find the detail is all present and correct, it is actually that the Bot can't read or comprehend the input which inevitably increases the delay in payment-which seems to be Concurs company mandate.
Please if you are in the market for a package that you will use to assist then don't purchase SAP Concur it will drain you & the staff you employ most likely leading to them working elsewhere to get away from SAP Concur.
Bad invoicing platform
Bad service, complicated, not intuitive, slow process, subject to multiple rejects, inacceptable transparency. Should I continue ?

I am just going to repeat what others say. Overly complex, very clunky, unintuitive, very difficult to use for booking anything or making expense claims. Looks like it was written in 1980. Dreadful.

I think the SAP Concur teams get a hefty bonus for making the process painstakingly complex- primarily when used by workers to submit expenses.
Many I know have given up claiming expenses just because Concur is a hassle not worth having. Makes even a programmer wonder existentialism.
Needs improvement
I use it for my work expenses at my current company and honestly this platform is laughable. It seems like time stopped for them 15 years ago. Not intuitive. Overcomplicated. Forces repetitive inputs. And it never remembers my user name (and yes the toggle and cookies are on).

Awful product. Unintuitive and excessively complex. You need to photo and upload all receipts. I still need hard copies of them all in case we get audited by local tax authority so duplicates the effort.

This is BY FAR the very worst invoicing company I've ever had to deal with. Totally nonsensical error messages, way too many stages for each claim, and an interface that is just horrible. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE TO CALL!
I am literally on the verge of quitting my entertainment role at a Greene King venue due solely to this awful payment system.
Bad platform service
Bad platform service, the airticket reservation did not go through company approval channel within expected time frame; the previous air travel reservation itinerary got cancelled after one hour itinerary was posted without a reason. It caused a lot of administrative hours of work on the phone to sort confirmation out with the booking Agency. It becomes very cumbersome for travel booking after multiple platform update and changes. Not user friendly at all, waste in regards to work efficiency!
Notchy
Very counter intuitive software, notchy to use, very steep learning curve needed. Generally protracted, awkward and uses vague language in places making it more difficult to understand.

It is the worst way to get paid, the app is so confusing and doesn’t work and the time to eventually get paid is about 8 weeks. The manager who hired me was so apologetic that I had to be paid this way DO NOT GET PAID BY CONCUR!! You have been warned

Worst customer service
If I could give a zero, I would. Just tried to call from the UK and I have been told that because my flight isn’t departing within 48h I needed to wait 7min and call again as they officially don’t open until 8:30am. When asked if f I could put a complaint when the minimum waiting time is over 25min, this guy hanged up!!!! Horrible service, is never easy to get through and it’s the second time calling about an issue cause it was already after hours yesterday after more than 1h waiting.
