Great service! Dan and Liz patiently led us through the painstaking process of getting a new transmission. They did a great job keeping us up to date. We will be back (hopefully not for another transmission!)!

Up front on their time line for looking at it and getting job done. Prob the best auto repair customer service I've experienced.

Cottman evaluated my needed repairs, informed me what was most needed, and let me make the decision when it was best for my financial picture to schedule repairs. It was a breath of fresh air not to deal with high pressure sales tactics, but to make the decisions in my own time frame!

I've been coming to Cottman for about a year now, whether it's an oil change, full vehicle inspection (free!), or some difficult mechanical work. They may seem to be a bit more expensive than your chain shops (looking at you firestone) but, their work is impeccable and i wouldn't take my vehicle any where else. These guys are the local mechanics your dad used to trust.

Full transmission rebuild as well as other issues addressed and back on the road in less than a week. Transmission works flawlessly now! Great service thanks again!

Very friendly husband/wife operation. They had great customer service both on the phone and in person, actually listened to my problems, gave me options for solving them, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to do "business" and take all of my money. Genuine care went into checking my car over and fixing the issue. Very glad I was referred here I will be back in the future!

My repair was a complex, long drawn out warranty repair under Carmax that ended up taking almost 3mos. Throughout the entire process they kept in constant contact a day gave me regular updates. They provided us with water and games for the kids and our puppy on the day our car broke down. They helped us find a hotel and an uber driver! The world needs more people like Tony and Lisa to own businesses and revise service! Thank you both!

I had my transmission rebuild 6 months ago. It went out not long ago due to a bad torque converter Cottman replaced and rebuild it again to problems hats off to Tony and company

Overall a very good exp.
But had to wait awhile for my truck to be repaired.
Prices were a little on the high side but they warranty for 24 mths.
Very nice personnel, friendly and professional.

Actually took the time to explain things. I would highly recommend them !

This was my first time using Cottman for service. They did everything they said they would do and it was done when they said it would be. I was very impressed when I called to check if it was done and the woman I talked to said, " They are bleeding the system and will be done when you get here." The clutch slave cylinder was replaced and not many people know it has to be bled. I would recommend Cottman highly it was a real good experience.
