Diagnostic
Cot an diagnosed my 2002 Mercedes E 320 with a rough running engine. The effort expended by his technician would put new meaning to the word THOROUGH. The estimate was more than reasonable. The diagnostic was explained in great detail.when I will have the repair made I would would be judged stupid taking it anywhere else

My Cottman experience.
From the time I entered the Cottman facility, all I experienced was friendly, courteous, and professional service. They went above and beyond my expectations, based on my experience with customer service vehicle maintenance. They helped me and gave me good advice on things concerning my vehicle that wasn't even related to my transmission problem. They are very helpful, honest , and reliable. If ever I have a vehicle problem in the future that I can't fix. I will always turn to them first for a resolution, or recommendation. They are just that good. Very satisfied !!!

great people to work with
My truck was making a loud grinding noise at different times while driving. I had taken it to a garage where I was told bring it back when it's making the noise. I took it to Tony who finally said leave it with me and I'll find it. Finally 3 days later he called to tell me the right hub was bad. Long story short he found what was wrong and then repaired it at a very reasonable price.

my experiences at Cottman of Columbia
I have a 2005 Honda Pilot that had several problems and ultimately needed the transmission replaced. Cottman did a great job. Due to some extenuating circumstances, it took longer than they quoted to me, so they made it up to me by changing the oil for free. Liz is great in the office and will answer any questions you have. I have recommended them to others and will go back any time I experience trouble with any of my vehicles.
