I was looking for a replacement battery for an alarm system. I came across the County Battery Website. I quickly found the battery I was looking for at a reasonable price. After easily checking the specifications on the link, I placed an order for the battery. Checking out was easy. A good selection of delivery options were clearly stated. Various payment options were available. The battery arrived within a few days, well packed and safe.

I have used County Batteries before and would thoroughly recommend them due to their efficient and personable service. If they do not have the exact battery that you require they will suggest similar quality products which are very reasonably priced.
They deliver in very good time and sometimes on the day that you order it.
Nothing but praise for this very well ran company.

Used County Batteries for years but a collective poor performance has dispelled my confidence.
DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE THEY ARE UNRELIABLE
I phoned on thursday explained that i was on holiday and my battery on the caravan was an issue.
I ordered a 110A AGM and paid extra as it had to come saturday as we we were moving on Sunday.
I phoned saturday morning but the assistant could not track it but said it would arrive before 2.00pm but you guessed it NO battery we did not move Sunday as we thought it might arrive and we would not be there.Still no battery Monday and is it turned out was not even sent! Spoiled part of the holiday !!! To add insult to injury i asked to speak to a manager and they said he would phone later NEVER DID

Second time we have used County Battery
wont be the last.
Such a simple transaction/hassle free and exactly what is required at a good price.
Struggled to get a like for like battery locally but county came through with a better spec at a reduced cost and Free delivery.

After browsing the web I eventually found someone who could refurbish my wife's electric bike battery.. It was quick and easy to to take my parcel to the pick up point. Just over a week later the battery was returned.
Sher's used her bike. We've recharged the battery a few times. So far so good. No complaints.

I have had a new battery from County Batteries on two of my cars since December 2019. Both have been useless and are flat within 4 or 5 days of inactivity. Charging systems on both cars are satisfactory. When returned they charge up and carry out a discharge test and say there is nothing wrong. So no refund. These are very poor quality batteries and I would never use County Batteries again.

One again County Batteries have come up trumps. I needed quite an unusual AGM battery. I visited the shop in Kirkby in Ashfield with a print out of the nearest battery that I could find. The guy behind the counter said he could get me an exact replacement from stock. He went to fetch one and it was identical and cheaper than the one I went in for. Absolutely excellent service.
