Best to avoid.
Initially the customer service was good, I received good communications. I paid to have my TGA mobility battery refurbished. Unfortunately, the courier left my battery (in the rain) outside the wrong house. Eventually, I received my battery and was disappointed that it was not packaged properly and a piece of the battery had broken off. I later discovered, they replaced my original battery, with a less powerful two year old battery.
