Great staff
Going through a refurb at the minute. We found the table and chairs we wanted. The person we dealt with was very helpful and professional. It didn't take long to do the paper work. They have a great variety of everything.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
When our sofas were first delivered here was a problem with them and they had to be sent back. cousins provided us with two loan sofas whilst they were repaired and today they were returned in perfect condition albeit a missing floor pad on one sofa which has been reported and hopefully be replaced. The service we received from everyone was exemplary and we can not fault the excellence of the customer service and delivery teams involved.

Cousins furniture are a brilliant…
Cousins furniture are a brilliant company and on the day when I saw a £2500 bed going for a song i just had to sing my way to placing a deposit of £100 because it meant I would have a quality bed with £2000 reduction because it was x display. Emily served me and as usual I got the feeling of the full cousins treatment. Cousins make you feel as though you truly are their cousins and within reason you can pay in instalments all you want from your cousins is a really good break this was one of them I am now sitting happily on that bed and have had a few good nights sleep since it’s arrival. All I can say is go to your nearest cousins when you want quality furniture and reasonable negotiations for paying in instalments superb superb service.
