We had a look around store and spotted the sofa we had been looking for. There was 30% off marked price so we took the plunge we also opted for the 5 year guarantee £120 then it was just check delivery and date it could be delivered. Sorted in no time the sofa was in stock and we sorted a proposed date for delivery which was £89.illa was very helpful and experienced

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOWING RECLINER ISSUE
Last March, we purchased a new suite from Cousins.
Middle of July, we had an issue, on of the recliners switches stopped working. We contacted them and they sent out a technician. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed immediately. They needed to order the part.
Cousins kept in touch with us by phone and email throughout.
Once the part arrived, the technician called us and arranged an appointment to fix the recliner.
He was prompt and fixed the issue. It now works properly.
Throughout, all the staff were very polite and helpful.

Excellent quality and service from Cousins at Dudley

Still waiting for our order to be completed 6 months after delivery
The furniture we bought is comfortable and as expected however we ordered a battery pack for one of the recliner chairs and this still hasn’t been fitted 8 months after ordering and 6 months after delivery!!!!
I’ve held off writing this review to give them every chance to sort out this problem but we don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
Aftercare and problem solving is definitely lacking

I originally saw a sales rep called John at Cousins, Tyseley who was extremely informative and helpful in explaining everything about the sofa I liked. By the time I had definitely made my mind up and returned to the store to order a few days later later, I was informed that John had unfortunately left Cousins, which was dissapointing as I thought he was a great asset to the store. Nevertheless, I saw Ann, who was equally great, I bought a pair of 2 seater sofas and Scotch Gurard cover for a very reasonable price and am very pleased.
