After my father had a fall I decided to get him the CPR guardian. Very easy to use and gives a lot of important information. Also getting it set up was simple with the help of the team. We now have piece of mind and I would definitely advise people in same situation to have one

Nice watch shame about the tracking… it doesn’t work
We had problems with the watch within a week of arrival as it wasn’t tracking very well.
Tech help was pretty much answered straight away and the issue would go away for a little while, but it would come back within a short period of time.
We stayed with them as they upgraded their systems hoping that it would improve the service…….. unlucky for us it didn’t.
My son has special needs and is unable to speak so it is inportant that the tracking is correct. He was at home and his watch shows him 5 miles away or several streets away. This just isn’t good enough. I even resorted to putting an Apple tag in his coat as a backup plan.
I have cancelled his contract and I consider the purchase of this watch to be a waste of money.

I received my guardian watch as a present
I received my guardian watch as a present as I live alone and it would save a lot of worry if I needed help. I paid to have the watch set up and when this wasn't done due to a mix up the tech support team were very helpful and supportive. Now I have learnt how to use the magnetic charger I am enjoying finding my way around the watch and app.

The CPR Guardian watch has given me confidence
I found it quite difficult to set up but my son did this for me. I have had a number of falls prior to buying the CPR Guardian and am an active lady. I became quite nervous at going out but this watch has given me confidence especially as it also gives the location of any falls. The only problem is the charging as it doesn’t always charge. I do think it should come with a charging unit.

My father in law has tried to cancel…
My father in law has tried to cancel his subscription to this numerous times. The fall detection doesn't work and the GPS has stopped tracking him. We have been asking for a refund for months. We have both called and emailed with the details they have asked for but we never receive a response
They are essentially stealing from us now. Do not use as once you start you can't get out!

Ordered an "out of the box" Guardian 3
Ordered an "out of the box" Guardian 3. They sent the watch without any contacts and with the time wrong. Steven at CPR spent 35 minutes on the phone trying to set up the watch and SIM but 3 days later when the SIM activated, it would not activate a call to any emergency contact and the time was still wrong. I have returned the watch for full refund but must now wait for 14 days before getting it due to "company policy". Must have been very unlucky as it would have been ideal if it had worked.

Great Alternative
I purchased a Guardian for my grandfather at the start of the year, after reading the instructions I called their customer support line who helped me set up a plan and the watch was ready for him to use the next day.
He seems happy with it as he doesn't have to wear a pendant around his neck and I called him a few times to test and everything went well..
Does what it says on the tin, happy so far!

I am currently on my 3rd Guardian 4…
I am currently on my 3rd Guardian 4 watch, which does not work. the first Guardian 4 did not work, possibly due to very flimsy packaging and being shoved through letter box. The 2nd Watch I was sent was not a Guardian 4 as Steven decided to send me a non 4G. I originally ordered and paid for a 4G due to my location and signal, so the 2nd watch did not work. The 3rd watch which is 4G will not work with the SOS (which is critical) I phoned via my mobile the call centre who assured me they will be in touch with Guardian as something is very wrong with the watch. There is no weekend support on the phone, and the Chat on Line is not working!!! All in all nearly 3 weeks without a watch and the SOS facility!!! got to wait till Monday and yet again phone them, to see what is going on?? Interestingly enough I have paid well over £200 for the Guardian 4 watch plus the £27.99 monthly payment and never used the service and don't have a working watch. I have health problems and thought this watch would be the answer but all I have had is stress and worry for nearly 3 weeks now!!!

Very easy to order with the various service plans carefully explained. The watch was delivered the next day and the help with setting up my android phone was excellent. Altogether, a very good professional service. Too soon to comment on its operation as it only arrived today.

Very disappointed with this product
Very disappointed with this product. Watch kept losing time when in the house also failed to recharge soon after purchase.
Another cable was supplied but soon failed to change
Customer Service non existent… Complained in writing… ticket was opened and closed without any response.
Waste of time and money ….
Would leave this Company well alone.

Great for Peace of Mind
Got the watch as a birthday present for my dad. Very pleased with the tracking and health functions of the watch. It's very easy and convenient to be able to check on his heart rate and temperature from the app
Signal is strong most of the time in the area where we live and calling function works great. My dad hasn't had a fall yet but had that set to medium on setup and it seems to be working ok.
Recent purchase but so far very happy with how helpful the it can be in checking on how he's doing.

Despite a couple of issues with the delivery of the CPR Guardian III watch for my mother, I found that they took quick and effective steps to resolve them and get me up and running with the watch. The technical support was fantastic and helped set the device up so that I could get it in use with my mum as soon as possible.

Cpr watch
I looked at a number of safety watches and decided to order the cpr guardian 111. I phoned them to ask about the watch as I've only got small wrist and also about the fall detection. The lady explained everything and put my mind at ease. The next day my watch came the face of the watch is slightly larger than some but fits even my small wrist. I paid for the set up which was brilliant it more or less worked straight from the box. I had to text to find out how to add relatives to app steve was very quick in answering and explained how to do it. So far I am pleased as it lets my relatives know where I am and when they phone me on the watch it was very clear. Also all the extra things is well worth it.

I Purchased a CPR Guardian111 watch for my stepson and it was delivered as stated the next day. We needed to contact customer services on the Monday and had a chap called Steven help us getting the watch and app set up correctly and what fantastic help we got from them, any query was dealt with very quickly and expertly.
I have to say what a great company this is and I would recommend them to anyone that requires this type of alarm watch.

The best personal alarm watch
CPR Global are a small UK-based company and their support service is personal, friendly and kind. The device is one of the best on the market and it is ideal for someone who is in need of extra support. The watch is easy to use and set up and you can always ring their helpline if you are experiencing any difficulties. The watch is a great way of staying in touch with carers and can give peace of mind if anything such as a fall or changes in the environment are detected. As a standalone device, this has its own SIM card and will connect with all the currrent mobile phone providers in the UK. It is being used in many local authorities and health services where it is helping people to remain independent. I have worked in social care and integrated care teams and I wear the Guardian when I am out and about as it also serves as a back up for lone working. I like the fact that it monitors my steps and that I can be contacted at any time. The Guardian offers superior quality and functionality compared to other devices on the market and in terms of value it brings and reassurance, it is probably one of the best available. I am happy to give it my personal endorsement.

Excellent customer service!
Had a few issues with our account at first but Chelsea called me and soon resolved this. I've also received very patient and helpful support from Steve over the phone.
I would say that much confusion would be avoided if an instructions/info leaflet were included with the watch when posted out. I didn't find the online instructions very helpful.
Not yet sure the mobile signal will be strong enough for the watch to work efficiently in our area but I cannot fault CPR's customer service and willingness to help,

After paying £5.99 for set up
After paying £5.99 for set up, felt we still had to done most of the setting up ourselves. There is no way an elderly person could have managed on their own.
Finding the writing on the screen small. Haven’t had to use the emergency aspect yet (thankfully) but all seems to work fine.
