We recently purchased a Cussins home at Summerson Place. Carol and Caroline in the sales office were friendly and transparent throughout, and supportive regarding the sale of our previous home.

Our home demonstration the week before we moved was a positive experience, as we were able to see the house inside for the first time, and the site managers Keith and Alan were both helpful in explaining the finer details of our new home.

Our move day was a special and memorable day thanks to the Summerson Place team. The overall build quality and finish of the property is excellent, and both Keith and Alan have been helpful in identifying and rectifying the few snags we have experienced.

This was our first purchase of a new build home, and everyone involved at Cussins has made this a positive experience and ensured we are settling in well.

Moving into our new home has been such a special experience for our family. My mum bought the house, and now me and my brother live here, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Carol. She made the entire journey feel not only smooth, but genuinely delightful and memorable.

Carol goes above and beyond in every possible way. She thinks about every detail, no matter how small, and you can really see how passionate she is about what she does. That level of care and dedication made a huge difference to us, and it turned what could have been a stressful process into something really exciting and enjoyable.

We also want to mention Alan, who has been incredibly helpful throughout, always ready to assist and make things easier, nothing is too much trouble. They both make an incredible team and you can see why people speak so highly about them.

Carol truly made this experience for me and my family. Her support, attention, and warmth are something we’ll always appreciate. We’re so grateful for everything she’s done for us.

From stepping into the sales office to been handed the keys to my property at Summerson place I could not fault the whole procedure from meeting carol in the sales office to having any slight issues resolved it was a breeze, the site manager resolved the few very minor issues we had with impeccable promptness and efficiency honestly couldn't fault the Cussins team, well done guys all round, it's so nice to find a team that are actually interested in making you happy with a purchase, I would definitely recommend them.

Caroline at Summerson Place has made our experience effortless, and has answered all of our questions and queries throughout the process. We are interested in reserving one of the lovely homes Cussins have to offer and Caroline has taken the time to explain all the details and we can’t wait to continue this process with Caroline’s support. My partner and I have recently reserved a home at Eccleston Park and I wanted to share my experience so far. From the outset, the process has been smooth, well-organised, and reassuring.

Previously buying a Persimmon home, the experience we’ve had so far with Cussins has been far superior!

A special mention has to go to Lauren, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable - taking the time to guide me and my partner through every step of the reservation process and ensuring everything was clearly explained. Her support has made what has previously been a stressful experience feel straightforward and exciting.

I did visit another site’s show homes, and while it provided a useful comparison, the level of warmth and engagement I’ve experienced at Eccleston Park has really stood out in a positive way.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience so far and would happily recommend Lauren and the team based on the professionalism, communication, and customer care we’ve received!

We have recently bought a house at Summerson Place in Darlington and we couldn’t be happier! From the first meeting with Carol to the handover with Caroline and the aftercare from Keith & Alan we have absolutely no complaints. The house is lovely and all minor snags have pretty much been sorted immediately and the quality of the build is second to none! Would highly recommend a look at the show homes if you are thinking about moving to a new build!

We are in the process of buying at the Eccleston Park development, Lauren has been fantastic, always happy to help with queries and always with a smile. Looking forward to moving in the summer

We are buying a house through Cussins at the moment and we have been really impressed with the Customer service, level of specification in the house and communication so far. We have just revered a property at Eccleston Park, although we are yet to complete, the service we have received from Lauren has been outstanding. With quick timelines due to the property being ready quickly, she has been very supportive providing us advice with all things selling and purchasing a house. She has gone above and beyond, even staying late to give us the time to choose the perfect options for our home. Lauren has been genuinely excited for us and has made the start of this process enjoyable!!

Cussins are lucky to have Lauren at the Eccleston Park development! We have just reserved our plot but already Lauren has gone above & beyond for us - notably, staying 2 hours past closing to ensure we made the right choice selection on our kitchen/bathrooms. The way she builds trust with customers made it so much easier to commit to the purchase, and we may have not moved so quick had it not been for Lauren! So far so good - hoping the completion & move-in are as seamless as it has been this far.

Cussin's have installed a faulty central heating system that has broken in the exact same way 3 times in less than 3 years. Yet its not their problem as we are outside of the 2 year window.

They refuse to fix a clear issue of their making leaving a house with a baby in without a functioning heating system.

They also refused to fix most snags we found within 2 years.

Even though we didn’t go ahead with our purchase, caroline at Sycamore place Barrasford was exceptionally good and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Cussins Homes

We recently moved into our house at the Burgham Gardens development. Zoe Hart has been excellent throughout! We have found her to be helpful, efficient and very personable.

We are currently at the snagging stage with the house which has been a bit slower than we expected, but hopefully this will be sorted out soon.

Overall, we have had a positive experience.
