I visited the Cussins showroom and beautiful showhomes on Sunday and found Carol extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me narrow down my search based on what I’m looking for from a property after initially feeling overwhelmed by choice. She took me in to the showhomes and had a lot of time for me and my many questions. Once I’m in a position to move forward I will be back!

I am in the process of purchasing a property in Debdon Falls, Rothbury. Since I first registered my interest, Wendy has been great at keeping in touch and advising us on how we could view show homes in other developments to help us visualise. Carol in Darlington was fantastic in spending time with us showing the show homes, explaining the options and potential upgrades and giving us lots of time for taking pictures and measurements. Wendy has also taken us out to site to show us the plot and talked us through the drawings of the development to make sure that we have a good understanding of the plans. We now have our plot reserved and excited for our future!

We purchased our new home from Cussins (Carol in Darlington) and the process has been seamless. From viewing the immaculate show homes through choosing our plot and personalising our interior choices. Carol was by our side advising & supporting all the way offering personalised individual support. Our new home is PERFECT. Highly recommend Cussins Homes.

We bought a new build from cussins and moved into it in July 2024. We were kept up to date with pictures and updates throughout the process from reserving the plot to picking the kitchen and bathroom to picking up the keys. Carol was extremely helpful through the process. We are so happy in our home and would definitely recommend.

Carol was so helpful and insightful. Really made us feel welcome and gave us all the options of house available.

Our move from choosing the house and all of the fixtures went like clockwork. Carol Norman was a star! Helped us all the way and dealt with our queries very promptly and professionally.

This is what customer service looks like and even when referred to head office for remedial work the excellent service continued. Hope we don’t have to move again but if we do then Carol has set the bar very high for great service. Thank You Carol for being there for us.

We are in the process of organising our move from Yorkshire to Rothbury. Wendy has been a terrific point of contact for all aspects of our move so far. She has taken us on site twice and talked us through the plans for our property, which has helped us form a picture of how our house will look when finished. Her local knowledge has also been handy, since we are newcomers to the area. In addition to this, she's sent regular email updates and can be easily reached by phone. We're very glad that Wendy is our contact person at Cussins!

On returning to my native North East and after viewing other developments, we decided to purchase our Cussins home at West Park with its attraction of close proximity to motorway links to visit families and friends.
Carol was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. Both Carol and Keith ( Site Manager ) were very responsive to our queries and also the snagging. We are now very settled in our Cussins house and thoroughly enjoy living at West Park after coming home.

We are in the process of buying a new home with Cussins at Debdon Falls in Rothbury. Wendy the sales representative at the site is so helpful. Her experience shines through, no question is unanswered. Her professionalism is such an asset.
For Cussins itself we have followed the various developments throughout Northumberland for a number of years and the quality of their homes is so superior to other builders. We particularly like that they build on small developments which we hope will bring us a great community spirit when we move in January.

Purchased a house from the Darlington site. We had viewed other builds but the finish and quality of Cussins exceeded the others. From the first visit Carol was fantastic! She was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. We subsequently purchased the property and everything has been stress free. The quality of the build is fantastic and we cannot fault anything! There was a slight defect in the hob found prior to completion (that slight we didn’t notice but they did) and on moving in it had already been replaced! We would highly recommend Cussins. Carol is a true gem and has made the whole experience easy and stress free! Thank you x

Carol at Summerson Place Darlington is very knowledgeable and efficient, so making our purchase easy. We have had so many requests and questions that she has managed to answer, always smiling. Very professional. We are looking forward to moving into our new home.

Spoke to Carol who was really helpful and friendly. Answered all our questions and she was very knowledgeable. The show homes were lovely and we really enjoyed having a look around.

We are currently looking to purchase a Cussins property at another of their sites that is in the early stages of development and so there are no show homes available yet. We went to the Darlington development to look around their show homes to get an idea of fit and finish, room sizes etc.

Carol, who runs the site, was fantastic and so accomodating during our visit. She took the time to give us a tour of the show homes, answered all our questions and even gave us details of some of the options we were thinking about.

Considering we weren't looking to buy a property on her site, her customer service was fantastic. Couldn't recommend more highly.

This was our first experience of buying a new build home. My first contact was with Lauren , the sales advisor for Eccleston Park in Backworth. She has been excellent and often has gone above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was stress free . Communication and support has been excellent. Lauren is an asset to Cussins .
I have not given 5 stars at this present time due to on going snags . The site managers have been helpful but the snag repairs are given to sub contractors , meaning we are still waiting for snags to be addressed.
This is my first new build home and although I love the house and what will be a the lovely development, waiting for snags to be done means we can't relax into our new home properly.
I do not know why the snags could not have been addressed and resolved prior to getting our keys. The majority of snags are/ have been superficial,that could have been done prior to moving in rather than expecting the new home owner to make long lists . Improvement in this area needs to be addressed.

Really love our new home,enjoyed the experience from the off,picking our plot and the whole process guided by the sales manager Lauren,frequent visits to watch the progress and finally being introduced to our new home when we received the keys.

Cussins Home west Park Darlington I must say my wife and I have had great information from the lady in sales office the quality of of the products this builder uses are all well known brands our son has just purchased a Lilly 4 bedrooms so spacious and large garden on this plot he couldn’t fault cussins so we have decided to look at there homes in detail thank you cussins Paul abernethy

So excited to be moving into our cussins home at Eccleston Park, the houses look amazing and Lauren has been so supportive and helpful through the whole process. Can't wait for our forever home!

I am very impressed with the build and the finish of the homes at Eccleston Park.
I have also been very impressed with the customer service provided by Lauren at the site.
I am really looking forward to watching my daughter and herbhusband settle into their new home

Visit to show home was spontaneous but we were accommodated and provided with a good level of detail without being overwhelmed with info. Show home seemed to be of good build, including fixtures and fittings.
