This company is a scam and do not order from them They just keep stalling and saying a new one is being sent but it never happens SCAM alert

Have ordered 2 football flags from CUSTOM GIFTS. Both were top quality, well priced, fast delivery & look brilliant hanging from the railings at my beloved Ripon City AFC!!! Keep up the good work. TOP COMPANY!!!

I canceled my order and never received the money back!! This was Dec 6 2024. They are total ripoffs!! Don’t buy from them ever!! Calling the better business bureau!

Delivery takes a very long time (still have not received item) and the customer service is non existent.

I only gave 1 star as it wouldn’t accept none.
I ordered a digital water coloured photo. What I did was receive the photo on a canvas with blurred edges. If I wanted a straight photo I’d have gone elsewhere cheaper.
Rubbish. The quality isn’t good either.
How they can hoodwink customers like this is disgraceful!

Diese Firma arbeitet offensichtlich mit einer Betrugsmasche. Bestellungen werden angeblich versendet, und es werden Zustellnachweise vorgelegt, die in der Realität jedoch nicht nachvollziehbar oder plausibel sind. Trotz klarer Nachweise, dass die Ware nie angekommen ist, verweist die Firma auf angebliche Zustellungen und weist jede Verantwortung von sich ab.

Selbst eine Zahlung über PayPal bietet keinen ausreichenden Schutz, da sich PayPal offenbar auf die vorgelegten, fragwürdigen Sendungsverfolgungen der Firma verlässt und das Geld nicht zurückerstattet. Kunden bleiben am Ende ohne Ware und ohne Möglichkeit, ihr Geld zurückzubekommen.

Wer nicht bereit ist, sein Geld für nichts zu bezahlen, sollte dringend die Finger von dieser Firma lassen. Das Verhalten der Firma ist in meinen Augen nichts anderes als offensichtlicher Betrug und eine bewusste Täuschung der Kunden.

I ordered for the first time from customgifts.co.uk I ordered a 150cm by 100cm personalised England football flag/banner. I placed the order on the Sunday afternoon, and, after receiving a couple of order acknowledgement emails, Yodel emailed me to say the flag would be delivered on the Friday. Not bad, I thought, delivery 5 working days after I placed the order. However, the order was not delivered on the Friday, it was delivered on the Wednesday, the 3rd working day after the order was placed. The design was exactly as I had ordered (which in itself was an easy process to design the personalised flag) and the quality of both the material and colouring is excellent. Super service, great product at an unbeatable price.

They made a mistake during the printing process. Never answer properly emails, don't resent the correct product so now I have to put a claim in my Bank. It's a trash company without customer service. Good luck if you have your custom gift made properly. Cheap plastic. What a waste of money and time.

Poor quality and poor customer service avoid at all cost .The item I ordered took ages to arrive and when opened it was damaged .I was asked if I’d opened it correctly .Please don’t buy from here

Ordered a Father’s Day cup for my husband, it took weeks and when it finally arrived the the print was pixelated and terrible quality and started to peel off.

They then emailed me to ask if I had washed it with anything as apparently you are not allowed to wash with hot water. They have offered to send me a replacement but after waiting 4 weeks for this I have declined and requested a full refund. I will be taking this further

Not only was the delivery 11 days late the picture was blurred and rubbish quality

When I made my order I read alot of bad reviews,but I always read between the lines on other people's experiences,and so made my order and it arrived in 5 working days,well boxed and above all the price was cheaper than anywhere else I had found online by at least 40%.so never judge a book,as I will deffo use again.

Ordered 2 flags to support my daughter who was running the London Marathon for charity. Phoned several times and got no call back. Emailed several times and got no reply. Website says 3-4 days to produce and 2-3 days for delivery. After 10 days tried to contact and get an update but again no reply. Goods received after 15 days and too late.
Don't use - customer service and communication none existent!!!

Placed order on 1st april for a football flag and it didnt come until the 20th april and when it turned up it was wrong i even have the template to prove what it was supposed to look like. They dont reply or take ages to respond to emails and sometimes only reply when we've called them. We have spent 55 pounds on a flag which we can no longer use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered flag, customised and it came and it's absolutely fantastic. I cannot believe how good it is. The only thing I would say it took longer than originally thought but hey it's fab. Expect to wait 3 to 4 weeks has it has to be specially made. But would def order of them again.

Failed to deliver my item. Seems I had to same experience as many others.

Lost £30 in the process. Glad it wasn’t more.

Have reported the website so hopefully they will be shut down soon.

I bought a football flag and it came within a week. Brilliant quality as well. Very happy and I do recommend

I have ordered a gift for Mother's Day and haven't been gives an order number or had an email
