Item was ordered 3 weeks before valentines day on premise that the description stated guaranteed delivery for that date. Once ordered delivery date was after valentines day so i cancelled the order immediately (or at least tried to), took them a week to reply and then said sorry we aren't going to give you a refund. Do yourself a huge favour and steer clear of these online scammers. God awful customer service.

Ordered a couple of items which haven't arrived 3 months later. Contacted the company several times and received a holding e mail each time. I have had to take the mater up with my card company

Ordered photo socks which never arrived. Complained and was told they would send again. never arrived. Co said they would send order free if I didn't claim a refund. What???? So just pay for the socks that didn't turn up!! Used Paypal to get a refund. Deff don't recommend.

Ordered a photo blanket with 4 photos on it,arrived,with one small one on it, rest of blanket is blank except small message in middle. Contacted customer service, never dealt with such a bad company saying I only uploaded one photo which is rubbish as I did 4.
You can't even check on order summary to see what has been ordered, I asked was items not checked and why would a customer order a blanket with just one small photo on! It says on order 4 photo blanket,god knows what they employ ! They obviously don't know how to count. If they were a decent company they would have contacted me and queried order, have wasted £23.49

I order a gift for Valentine’s Day on 30th January. 2 weeks later it still isn’t here. I have now had to find a replacement gift for Valentine’s Day which is tomorrow. Disgusting! On the website says 4.8 star on trust pilot what a load of lies

Ordered a pair of printed socks which arrived and had a strange fibre/hair stuck in the lettering. Contacted the seller who refunded the cost of the socks purchased minus the postage.
The service was not fast before christmas and luckily I had managed to get another item for my son in law whilst the seller stated he would get another one sent but cancelled it. No refund of postage which considering it was the poor quality of his product the postage should have been returned.

I ordered from here and was nervous upon reading the reviews afterwards. I shouldn't have worried.
I ordered a T-shirt for secret santa. The communication from the company was excellent and the T-shirt is fantastic!!

On 29th November I placed an order and paid for a child’s gift that stated in stock and delivered in two days. Three days later having had no delivery notification I contacted customer services to be told that this product would be delivered to them and sent straight out to me the following Monday. Contact and guarantee of dispatching continued until two weeks past and they cancelled the order. I was left with very little time to get a replacement. Plus they said a refund would take five days to process when the payment was taken the day of order. This business took my money knowing they did not have the product available and then constantly gave incorrect information and guarantees of delivery.

Worst customer service ever (Emily, who interviewed you and thought to hire you for customer service). They are rude and misleading

How is this company even still trading? Its my son who has given them his money. I've just taken delivery. The box is old, half hanging open and battered. I don't even know if there's anything inside. Probably fallen out. God only knows what they have in their post room. Surprised the carrier accepted it. Don't use this company, please! Don't give people who care nothing for you your money.

Push dog has plastic inside the ears so very noisy and sounds like a cheap product but it wasn't cheap
Took two weeks to deliver after I emailed to chase up the item. Emailed Custom Gifts and told them about the poor quality. They were not very helpful.

Absolutely DISGUSTING COMPANY ripped us off £54 for two gifts for personalised Xmas presents if only I had read this first there’s NO WAY I WOULD Have USED THEM !!!!!! Reporting as FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Ordered 2 matching Santa sacks for my children with the idea that I could “swap” the empty sack with a full sack at the end of their bed without them realising. Only issue is that the actual personalisation on the sacks is in different places! My son is 2 so won’t realise this now but he will most certainly get wise to it. Reached out to the company who have refused to send a replacement… also their system doesn’t send out confirmation emails with personalisation requests on which is a pain as I had to get in touch to confirm this (which in he-insight was a waste of time as although the spellings correct the prints location seems to vary depending on who happens to be working that day…)

Absolutely appalled by this company's lack of communication.
Order a personalised gift , I've had no communication on the location of the item. The tracking system has no record of this item being order either. I've tried several time to get in touch via email, live chat etc. Absolutely nothing.

I even doubted myself and checked my bank statement. YES PAYMENT TAKEN!

People are struggling financially as it is.... unfortunately this company appears to be feeding off people's purchases.

I've been reading the reviews and I'm annoyed with myself for not checking prior to ordering.

They appear to be responding with the same message to customers. We are so sorry you've had this experience, unfortunately we can't locate your customer number.

After reading the reviews when i had already purchased my item i was worried i wouldn't receive my order, so i emailed them straight away, they got right back to me and told me my item was already shipped and on its way. It was fast delivery and great quality.

Horrendous experience I ordered a gift last year 2021 and never received it and I am still chasing the refund a year later
The customer service is terrible response is limited and waiting months for any one to get in touch. I would avoid this company
