Great service from sales and bike servicing
We bought my wife’s bike from Cycle Revolution and they were excellent in terms of customer service and advice from start to finish. John helped find the perfect bike and assisted with buying through the cycle to work scheme.
The quality of service led me to get my MTB services there and they did an excellent job in fully servicing the bike so it rides like new again.

Unfortunately, I must say with regret that the bicycle arrived to me damaged – the rear derailleur is bent. I don’t know if this happened during transport, and I am not blaming anyone. I work away from home and I am not at home from Monday to Friday. My son, together with my friend, assembled the bicycle, and my wife threw away the box. It turned out that the rear derailleur is bent, because the chain keeps catching, so the derailleur is misaligned. Since the box was thrown away, I didn’t even try to submit a claim, because I have no way to return the bicycle.
I went to Halfords to diagnose the issue, and they confirmed that the rear derailleur is bent and needs to be replaced entirely. It’s a great bike, but unfortunately, I have to state that it arrived damaged.

The guys at Cycle Revolution are so helpful, friendly and knowledgable. My two Sons and I have been going there for bikes, accessories and servicing for the last 20+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. A real asset to Colchester. We go all over the country riding and can honestly say we haven’t found as good a shop as this. Thanks to the team.

Do not but from here
They will take your money and that's it they do t want to know after that,I spent t£6400 on a 2023 giant trance elite +1.had a few problems with it from the go.now the motors blown and I can't turne the bike off it smells of burning plastic,so have to keep it out side in case it goes up in flames..only had it 37 days and they told me to take it to giant dealer nearest to me witch is 25 miles away,and give them the problems...37 days and 200km ..they wouldn't exchange it or refund me basicly told me to go do one...there a bunch of sharletons..I will be posting my exsperance with theses bandits on the usual bike forums...don't buy from here they don't give a crap once they have your money...

After reviewing our records, we’re unable to find any sale of a Trance Elite under your name from our Norwich store, nor do we have any previous communication from you regarding a warranty claim for this model.
That said, we want to help clarify the process:
What you’ve been advised to do (take your bike to your nearest authorised Giant dealer) is standard practice across the cycling industry. This approach is in place to ensure convenience and faster service, especially when it comes to warranty issues like motor replacements, which can often be handled locally rather than returning the bike to the original retailer.

Great service and knowledgeable staff
My son and I popped into the store in Norwich oafter his Giant Talon back wheel locked up and had lose parts in it, on the off chance someone could advise us what is wrong, James kindly took a look at it and was very friendly and knowledgeable able knew exactly what the problem was, he went above and beyond for us and managed to fix it for us the same day. He gave us loads of advice regarding the rest of the bike. We will definitely be returning when it is due a service. Thank you for making my son's day he had been lost without having his bike.
