Recently we were looking to buy our first two E bikes and went to cycle revolution in Norwich. We talked through our requirements with Csaba who was great, he walked us through different options outlining the benefits and aligning which ones would match best with us. We had decided on two E bikes but due to medical advice I cancelled my order. Csaba was understanding and cycle revolution paid back my holding deposit in days. Sometimes the quality of a company is not only measured on their successes but also on when things don't work out, Csaba and Cycle revolution have been exceptional in all aspects.

Booked my 13 year old bike in for a long overdue service at the Colchester branch. They were professional the whole way through, kept me updated and worked hard to bring my costs down. I now have a bike that feels like new (minus the paint job obviously 😜) and will hopefully last me another 10+ years! Thank you!

Took two bikes in for their first service, only had them 14 years, oops, these people were absolutely brilliant, talked me through what they would do and what might be needed, when they had the bikes they called me to discuss what was actually needed and how much it would cost. They did an amazing job the bikes are like new again and the price was as quoted, not a penny more. I would definitely tell any one to take your bike here for all your needs, nothing is too much trouble and everyone was so friendly. A huge thanks to everyone there, we will be back for all our cycle needs.

Just had my e-bike serviced—same-day turnaround—and they also helped resolve an issue with the app not unlocking the bike (turned out it just needed to be reinstalled).

Absolute Joke. Ordered Giant Talon E 29er online on 28th May with website stating Immediate Collection available at Ipswich branch between 9am and 5:30pm. Booked a day off for 30th May to collect awaiting a response from the guys as per their email. Chased on 29th May PM losing the will trying to speak to someone. Eventually got through to the workshop who stated it's not immediate collection for the model I wanted and earliest would be Saturday 31st May. Then passed on to Matt giving me a life story on the bike needs to be built, charged up and converted before being ready. Total waste of my time and days holiday. Cancelled the order in the end as wanted the bike Friday early afternoon at the latest. Now website has been updated with earliest collection would be 6th June if I purchased the bike again. Didn't even get a apology or offer of an alternative to keep my business. First time I've dealt with this company and probably the last time.

Incredible Cycle Service!
Had a 22 year old Giant road bike serviced at Cycle Revolution. Couldn't believe how good a job they did. It looked like it did the day we bought it back in 2003. OK, so we did decide to purchase a new chain and tyres. but the crankset and cogs were like new and it runs really smoothly. Really impressed. The staff were superb in terms of advice and keeping us updated. Highly recommended for Cycle servicing.

Answered all my questions. Explained all the options and gave me suggestions as to which electric bike was suitable. They changed the tyres and put sealant in the inner tubes to help prevent punctures. Thankyou John and Luke for all your help.

On Friday I got a puncture part way through a whole day ride around Norwich and I didn't have my tubeless plugs/bacon strips with me! I realised that the CR shop was a 2 minute walk away so went in to ask for help.
Wow what a welcome! The team were able to get me back on my way within 40 minutes having replaced my tyre.
The store team were an absolute credit to CR and if they are a reflection of the wider company, I won't be shopping anywhere else.
The two team members who helped me couldn't have been nicer and couldn't have assisted me more, they even offered to top up my water bottle....what fantastic customer care.
I wish all retail experiences could be this good.

Had a great experience buying a new ladies bike with the help and guidance of James. Needed help editing the choice down to suit our budget and end use which James did as well as highlighting the benefits of each model. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and we were able to leave the shop with the bike. It seems very few shops offer this service. Really easy purchase . Happy customers!

I wanted a pair of Favero Assioma Pro MX-2 pedals and Cycle Revolution were one of the cheapest sites on the internet.
There were no hidden extra charges and the estimated delivery time of 19 days was acceptable. The pedals arrived within 6 days which was a huge, and unexpected, bonus.
I did have a security issue with my card supplier which was also cleared up within a few minutes.
I would highly recommend Cycle Revolution and I will definitely be using them again in future.
