Brilliant! Good communication and service

1) Web site had an offer which turned out to be invalid. Suggest the site is checked to ensure these things don't happen.
2) Price and delivery was excellent and timely for my Cannondale Synapse
3) Disappointing thing was the bike was not assembled and no instructions as to what I needed to do. I assembled what seemed to need to be done, but bike gears not working properly and seat post creaked.I took it to my local bike shop today to get the gears to work and stop the creaking seat post. They also discovered wheel nuts on rear wheel were only finger tight and could have come off!

It's always a concern when buying a bike online that something will be wrong with it. I suggest that Cyclesense either put the bike together best they can and supply details as to what needs to be done, or recommend that the bike is taken to a cycle store to be assembled safely.

ANyway the visit to my local cycle store cost me £30, but I saved £250 so it was still worth it, but I think the service post sale to starting to use could be better. For example, you could have called me to check I had the ability to assemble the bike and if not recommended that I go to a store to assemble it perhaps?

On balance, the price was good, delivery was good and the bike is awesome, but that little niggle about the assembly and creaky seat post could be sorted and make cycle sense an awesome experience.

Cyclesense carry a stock of the items I wanted (which are not always readily available elsewhere) so there was no delay in fulfilling my order. Full information about despatch and delivery was provided. The delivery time given was precise convenient and adhered to. Cycle sense was the only place I could find my daughters frog bike. It was sold out everywhere I looked. It arrived very speedily following good communication re delivery. My daughter loves her new bike, would recommend cycle sense.

Needed a replacement part by the weekend and received it special delivery - happy faces all round.

I bought a child seat from another shop and when I fitted it, found that It was locked to the frame and the keys were missing. The original shop was no help at all and basically said I was lying. I found that Cyclesense had the keys on their website so I ordered them. I got a phone call from Cyclesense saying the distributor was out of stock, I explained the situation and they said they would look into it for me. A couple of days later I got the keys and other things I ordered. Cyclesense really went out of their way to help with this and I'm really happy with the service.
