Delivery is always swift and the clothes are good quality. I’m not sure of the length of some tops/ jumpers in the catalogue as it can say 24” but this does not correspond with one of the model photos... Ver más

Not wide enough
I only had to wait three days for the parcel to arrive, the shoes looked good and appeared well made. I have very broad feet and had ordered an EE size but unfortunately they weren't wide enough so I had to send them back.

Excellent quality
Enjoy looking at damage clothing. Trousers especially they have the length spot on which is good for me. Order is easy just wish you could click collect. Only thing is your sizes for tops I am 16 and have noticed that 14/16 is too tight it would be better if it was 16/18 but it seems to jump to 18/20 so have had to look elsewhere for topswhich is a proper 16. Quality very good.

No complaints with Damart only with poor delivery service EvRI . in last few months different delivery driver who never knocks on door or rings doorbell and leaves parcels on door step in full view of passing people. There have been complaints from neighbours that parcels left on door step steps by delivery drivers have gone missing.

I am sorry to hear you have had trouble with your deliveries in that no attempt has been made to knock on your door and/or ring the doorbell when the courier arrives. This is certainly not what we expect from them.

Had reason to contact them by phone to…
Had reason to contact them by phone to obtain a reference number for free delivery. After some time I was told that I couldn't have the 20 % discount as well as free delivery despite there being no mention of this on the web site.
That was bad enough but a few days later I received my mobile phone bill and found out that my 11 minute call to them cost me over £12
Beware, they have another number which they don't advertise, probably because they don't make any money from it.

in regards to your offer, we are only able to accept one offer code per order. This is explained in our general terms and conditions although I apologise if you were not previously aware of this.
Yes our main number - 0871 423 0000 - is a premium rate number and therefore charged at 13p a minute plus your standard network access charge. Such call costs are clearly advertised on our website and in our catalogues. However should you wish to query an existing order, we do have a local rate customer service line (0330 123 5429) which is available to call 8am-8pm every day. Please note however we are unable to take orders on this line.
I appreciate your comments in regards to this and I am sorry to hear you have decided not to order with us again in relation to this. Your comments have been noted and passed on to the relevant department.

Finally got the chance to wear my denim trousers!
Finally got the chance to wear my denim trousers and I'm pleased with them. They are very comfortable.
I haven't washed them yet but,assuming that they wash well, then they are great value.

these pyjamas were brought to replace
these pyjamas were brought to replace 2 others which where worn out and needed to be replaced so I brought these and they are great to wearand are very comfortable to wear

Ordered a pair of jeans in one colour and size it perfect ordered another pair of jeans but different colour did not fit two small to long and not the colour I expected. The quality of there goods now are not how they used to be very poorly made

Crinkle trousers…
The crinkle trousers I ordered arrived quickly and I was so pleased with them. The fit and the length are very good and the blush colour is lovely. I will be ordering another pair in a different colour.
