I have been unable to select the correct material for straight leg trousers. I have had two deliveries which came whilst I was in hospital and I left it too late to return them so they have gone in the charity bag. I really need to order more but just cannot seem to find the right ones.

I am a size 12/ 14. So most of your clothes are too big for me
Size 10/12 slightly too small, size 14/16 are too Big

Then the product was faulty as it was not the size as sold(trousers too long).
Then it took 4 attempts to get the parcel collected,but this could have been down to Evri.
Disappointing, because always had 5 star service from you in the past.

As it also took multiple attempts to be collected, please could you email me directly at trustpilotteam@damart.com with the following details:

- Your full name & address details (including postcode)
Once this information has been received I will then be able to locate your details and find out why the collection of the parcel took multiple attempts. Has the parcel now been collected from you? If so, we generally advise to allow up to 14 days from date of return for a parcel to be received and fully processed by our returns department. If you have an email address registered with us, an email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of the return parcel.
