RIP off phone numbers …
Disgusting my 91 year old mother needed to pay her bill so I called Damart on the phone number provided and it cost me £5 on my phone bill for the pleasure. This catalogue is aimed at the older generation and they shouldn’t get ripped off when calling them

I'm sorry to hear your comments about our call charges. We try to answer calls as fast as we can, adding extra resources from across the business when we're busier than expected. Our call charges do follow our competitor's standards.
As stated on our catalogues and website: - (Calls cost 13p per minute plus your telephone company's network access charge)
If you are needing to query your account or any orders you have already placed, please use our local rate number on 0330 123 5429 which is charged at 5p per minute plus your standard network charge. The lines are open Monday-Sunday between 8am-8pm.

Higher prices, lower quality
The prices are so expensive that I only shop when I have an offer code. Their products used to be high quality, but now the material is so cheap, it's like wearing a plastic bag Very disappointing.

Delivered the wrong size trousers 16…
Delivered the wrong size trousers size 26 instead of 16. Rang up to sort the issue and then later realised the number I called 0871.... and I had been charged £3.70 to correct an order which was their mistake. Will never deal with this company again. Utter ripoff.
And have to wait 2 weeks for them to correct their mistake.

I'm sorry to hear you received the trousers in the wrong size. Our telephone costs 13p per minute, plus your telephone company’s network access charge and this is why it would have come to that amount. Returns can normally take up to 14 days to process from the date the item(s) are sent back to us.
