We’ve been using D and G Pitreavie for our company car services for quite some time now, and I’ve always been impressed with their professionalism and great customer care.

But the reason I’m leaving this review is because of the exceptional service I received the other day. I went to collect a repaired car, but I was running late and the colleague who was supposed to come with me couldn’t make it. I decided to go alone, planning to figure out how to get both cars back later.

When I arrived, Dereck noticed I’d come by myself — and this was just as they were about to close. After I got my keys, I sat for a bit trying to work out what to do. Dereck saw I was in a bit of a situation, came over to check if I was okay, and when I explained, he immediately offered to help me drop one car off at our office and then bring him back.

That’s above and beyond any normal level of service — a genuine act of kindness and selflessness. He could have easily gone home, but instead, he changed his plans to help me out.

A huge thank you to Dereck — you’re a credit to the company. D and G Pitreavie is the best because of people like you!

Been using D&G for years, friendly, trustworthy & don’t treat you like an idiot! Prices are good and I’ve never had any problem getting my car seen when it’s needed it.

Having visited the D&G depot at Pitreavie in Dunfermline today I left with 2 new tyre's for my car but more than that, the confidence gained through many previous visits to a place where the customer is treated in a very professional and respectful way by all the staff . Satisfied customers is the mantra at this very well run depot where value for money is always another target and on this occasion, as on many other previous occasions I left as a very happy customer and that at the end of the day says it all. Many thanks to Derek and all of the guys involved.

I have used d&g autocare (pitreavie branch) for a number of years, they are always very helpful and can’t fault their service when I’ve had my car in for Repairs/Mot, I never have a complaint with the garage. Always recommend to friends/family when they’re looking for a garage.

I've used D&G autocare im Falkirk for years now and I've always had a good experience. Allan and the guys has always been incredibly helpful and have never felt like I've been ripped off like other places. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone. Never once had an issue here.

This garage fit me in same day, during the half term when I was in a real fix. The other garage I had gone to had assessed my brakes needed urgent attention but couldn't fit me in and these guys stepped up! Fab service, would recommend.

Forgot about my cars MOT being due on 3rd Nov and phoned this garage on 28th October to see if i could get it booked in.Spoke to Derek on phone and he booked it in that very afternoon.
I always contact these guys first with any car issues i have.
They are a reliable,helpful and friendly garage.

Had my car in at the Cumbernauld branch for a couple of new tyres. Really impressed with the set-up and the staff. Was talked through a few options and was given enough info to make an informed decision. Tyres were fitted promptly with no fuss. Highly recommended.
