Laptop HP defect după mai puțin de 3 luni, refuz abuziv de garanție și produsul trimis stricat înapoi. Zero profesionalism, un service de evitat!

Extremely disappointing experience. Instead of fixing products under warranty, they return them with the excuse that ‘everything is fine,’ even though the problem remains. It feels like whenever they don’t know how to repair something, they simply dismiss the issue and send it back.

Worst service! Contracted them through eMag platform, to install the AC bought also there. They announced 3-5 days to fulfil the task, and were supposed to call when the AC got delivered. A week after they didn’t even call for an appointment. They showed up 10 days later and stated they couldn’t install the AC because the walls weren’t already prepared and they had to fit in the pipes. However the walls are plasterboard and very easily accessible. They left without giving any solution, even if I insisted they’d fill the job they were contracted for. Worst experience ever.

Am avut 4 experiente, toate negative, in mai putin de 6 luni cu ei. Servicii absolut rusinoase, din toate punctele de vedere. Nu au rezolvat problema, nu au gasit cauza corecta, nu au respectat data limita, nu au oameni priceputi la suport. Foarte slabi! Rusinos de-a dreptul.

Am cumparat un cuptor electric prin emag si am apelat la echipa Depanero pt a.l instala. Trebuiau sa il incadreze in mobilier si sa il prinda cu 2 suruburi. Unul dintre baieti usor nepoliticos si extrem de agitat si grabit mi.a cerut suruburile pe care eu am inceput sa le caut in cutia cuptorului. Negasindu.le dl a spus ca nu are cum sa ma ajute si ca pot lasa cuptorul asa fara sa il mai fixez. Fiind foarte grabit, cum a zis a si plecat. Imediat dupa, cand am deschis usa cuptorului, am observat ca toate cele necesare, precum manual de instructiuni, suruburi etc erau inauntru. Acum stau si ma intreb dc ei sunt instalatori de meserie si cu asta se ocupa zilnic oare chiar nu isi dadea seama ca tb sa deschida cuptorul si sa verifice dc suriburile sunt inauntru? Mai usor a fost sa spuna ca pot lasa cuptorul asa ca oricum nu cade. Foarte dezamagita mai ales ca simt ca am platit efectiv degeaba serviciul adus de ei.

Am adus un laptop cu ecranul spart la ei, si mi l au trimis inapoi de 3 ori, de fiecare data si mai lovit, pe angajati ii doare in cot. Sunt cea mai joasa speta de hoti, evitati service ul asta cat mai mult posibil. Am facut plangeri la anpc dar nu o sa ma ajute cu nimic, tot ei vor castiga mereu.

Vreau sa aflu numele si datele de contact ale partenerului care urmeaza sa faca instalarea. Nu inteleg in virtutea carei reguli de GDPR nu oferiti aceasta informatie?!?! Ce este asa secret la firma care urmeaza sa vina la mine acasa sa imi instaleze A/C. Aveti o teama nefondata si gresit directionata in a oferi informatii de bun simt clientilor. Un proces complet netransparent. Am platit serviciul deja, nu e ca si cum va scot din schema, aveti comisionul asigurat.

Extremely disappointing experience with Depanero.

I purchased an air conditioner via eMag, and the installation was handled by Depanero. Unfortunately, the entire experience was unacceptable.
The installation itself dragged on for nearly four hours, during which one of the technicians was notably rude and condescending; hardly the professionalism one would expect for a paid service.

Just a few days after installation, I began noticing insect parts falling from the new AC unit, an issue I never had with my older unit. When I attempted to reach out to the installer directly, I was met with unprofessional, dismissive responses that offered no assistance whatsoever.

It was only after I escalated the issue via email that someone finally called me, only to tell me there was nothing they could do. No accountability, no support, nothing they could do.

I strongly advise others to avoid using Depanero!
This was a truly frustrating and unpleasant experience from start to finish!

Please, don't ever deal with them if you dont really have to. They are horrible. My laptop did not open anymore. I told them I use it hooked to a monitor, and there wasnt any output there either. The broken part they found? The laptop's screen. I also sent the laptop with the ssd working and suddently they told me it was broken and unrepairable. I just got my laptop back after 2 WEEKS AND A HALF, AND ITS STILL BROKEN. It launches into Bios but no SSD is detected. Neither as a boot option, neither by using list disk neither in the windows 11 installer.
After not being able to work for 2 weeks and a half, they sent me the laptop back still broken. I will update in case something good actually happens for once. (I have tried installing a driver for the ssd and more, no results)

They don't repair products under warranty if the seller (eMag) is out of stock and can't replace the product with a new one. They likely have an arrangement with the seller to issue a refund only. However, in many cases (for products purchased 3, 6, or 12 months ago), it is impossible to buy the same product from any store with that amount of money due to inflation and price increases. Additionally, there is no way to get the defective product back if you're not satisfied with their "irreparable product" diagnosis, nor can you request a second opinion from an independent professional.

Sent in a lenovo legion 5 laptop with charging issues, had Plus warranty with them sold through Emag, was supposed to be fixed in 5 days.

Been stuck in 'waiting for parts' for 6 working days now -- the part being a new laptop battery... for a lenovo legion, in Bucharest. Could have picked one up myself, delivered it to them and got home in 6 days.

Neseriosi, impertinenti si nu cauta solutii. Voucer achizitionat pe emag de 3-5 zile instalare AC se transforma in 14 zile minim la ei, asta tinand cont ca este 30 Aug si nu Iulie

The worst company.They never repair you're problems.Isent a laptop and they told me that they can't repair because of the dust.Now i sent another thing and they told me that i have to pay a lot.They always find a reason to not repair anything you have to repair.I hope they close soon and Emag find another company to repair products.

Had my leptop send for 4 TIMES. they never repaired my problem with my leptop they always did the $hitti3est job and then blame for something so stupid and say software problem can't fix it. UHM the part with the keyboard is literlly not attached kinda to the part w the screen. That was like a punch in the face. Anyway worst company hope they close soo.

Comportament a la Românica.

Serviciu de montat mașina de spălat, achiziționat prin emag.
Fac 3 solicitări prin centrala.
Ma suna în sfârșit cineva când este în drum spre locație, eu sunt la munca și îl sun a doua zi, "doamna era bine ca va rezolvam ieri" ii spun ca nu e pentru mine, ii dau numărul persoanei, a zis ca suna luni.
Astăzi, joi, ma suna la 8 dimineață. "nu ați montat încă???" " auoleu, aveți dreptate" " de ce ma sunați pe mine când v-am dat nr doamnei sa o sunati luni" " da ca rezolvam azi"

Pentru 258 de lei, sa ia 2 săptămâni un montaj....
Nu!

Am avut un aer conditionat stricat si au venit dupa 15 zile sa constate. Au comandat placa de baza si a mai durat inca 3 saptamani pana sa o schimbe. Asta in timp ce afara erau 40 grade.

I had a problem with my laptop, they replaced the motherboard and now it works. Also it took not too much time, a very quick service. Strong communication process where I was informed with every step they had to perform.
