They refused to change my 4 months old 8TB Seagate HDD that had a lot of bad sectors, without checking the disk and the reports that my HDD Sentinel software generated about the 2 months long degradation of the disc, pretending the corners were damaged. The disc was in the PC case from the day I received it until I had to take it out and send it to service. It wasn't damaged!

Laptopul a venit intr o stare buna ,dar ca are un dezavantaj ca dureza prea mult pana aduce chiar daca a fost o verificare la incarcator,dar in rest e totul ok . Mult succes in continuare !

I was really anxious with sending my Ipad to Depanero for service after reading the reviews. However, they got my package on Monday, and on Thursday my repair was done. I got it back one week later. Great experience.

The time it took for them to repair something really minor to my headphones (more than 3 weeks), would have been resolved by a normal service in less than 2 minutes.

I bought a washing machine, after 3 months water started to flow from the gasket.
I followed the instructions in the warranty to make an appointment by phone, of course no one answered the step? 2 I contacted them by email, after 48 hours I received an sms on my phone number with my request number only without a date when someone will come to find out the problem. After about 7 days, I was contacted and asked if I was at home so that a depanero employee would arrive to find out the problem.
After another 5 days I was contacted by (depanero team💩) and they informed me that it was my fault that the water was leaking from the washing machine and I had to pay 350 RON for them to fix it. obviously I refused and contacted another service where in 4 days replace part for 250ron.
I do not recommend Depanero as a service or warranty

Am trimis la ei o imprimantă, nouă,abia cumpărată de pe eMag! M-au convins să-mi fac și o asigurare care-mi garanta un timp de reparație de maxim 5 zile.... După opt zile,am sunat eu să văd ce se întâmplă și după ce m-au pasat de la unul la altul în final îmi zic că-mi va trimite una nouă deoarece nu poate fi reparată! După 12 zile primesc aceiași cutie pe care am trimis-o înăuntru cu o altă imprimantă,tot uzată și un model mai vechi!!! Normal că am retrimis-o înapoi....primesc un mesaj de la ei că-mi va trimite altă imprimantă,tot nouă! În final cei de la eMag mi-au restituit valoarea chiar dacă banii de asigurare nu i-am mai văzut! Feriți-va de ei că de râie!!!😡😡😡

Am adus laptop-ul Asus functional pentru schimbarea bateriei si am plecat dupa 40 de zile cu bateria schimbata dar nefunctional.
Personalul este nepregatit, nu se respecta intelegerile, nici macar cele scrise. Din pacate reprezinta o serie de producatori de renume. Evitati acest service acolo unde se poate!!!

they didn't repair my pc after 2 times in the service.
They didn't change the motherbord as they said.

Sent a phone for a screen replacement. After 2.5 weeks they didn't even ordered the replacement parts and i had to send them multiple emails for status update. Currently waiting for confirmation that they ordered the parts.

Their max ETA is around 30 days after the parts are ordered. So a total of 1 month and a half for just a screen replacement

Completely useless. They have no idea what they talking about, even for a basic product knowledge. Asked what should I do to get my iMac power adapter fixed, and the lady said I do need to remove Find My iPhone from the lead first 😂😂😂🤦🏻‍♂️ W t f?

I have a very bad experience with Depanero. I have bought an installation kit for a cooking machine. They forgot to ask me if I received the device and after 6 days they refused to installation it and gave the money back to me without any written explanation

Alright, so I'm writing this review as I just received my monitor one hour ago and they replaced my display and there are no dead pixels or any other faults for now.

I've read a lot of negative reviews and as a result I became quite anxious. It took two weeks and 2 days for them to return the monitor but I didn't pester them and all went well so just be patient and count the legal working days mentioned in the warranty.

Keep in mind that experience varies for every customer but most of times, satisfied customers don't bother to leave a review so there might be a negativity bias here.

They will NOT help you with your service problems! I brought a TV for repairs to them and not only did they not fix the problem with the logic board, they said that due to dead pixels (which ARE manufacturing problems) the TV is no longer available for repair, and has its warranty revoked! How backwards is that?

The worst experience ever. I called for heating power plant i stallation, they said in 3-5 days will install it. The also asked for pictures of the old one over e-mail, provided. After 6 days I called and they said I am not scheduled for installation. Will take 8 more days. Days with 5 degrees outside and no cold water.

Neseriosi,lipsiti de profesionalism,mincinosi,mi au anulat garantia pe motiv ca au gasit lichid coroziv in laptop,in conditiile in care de aprox o luna produsul a stat la ei.Mi l au inapoiat ,dupa ce din greseala l au tr intr un shouroom de vanzari ,l am ridicat fara sa cer verificare in față, nici angajatul nu mi a oferit ac varianta ,obligatorie cred eu( mentionez ca nu m am confruntat niciodata cu asa ceva si nu am fost destul de matur sa cer acea verificare face to face),iar cand am incercat sa l deschid SURPRIZA NU SE DESCHIDE...Finalul Reparatia costa 3200 ron iar produsul m a costat 3500...DOMNILOR ABILITATI,CONTROLATI ACESTE FIRME ,SPRIJINITI CONSUMATORII SI FACETI LE DREPTATE!!!

Niste borfasi!!! Inventeaza motive inexistente pentru anularea garantiei atunci cand este vorba despre un produs scump, si au tupeul mizerabil sa ofere servicii de interventie la preturi mai mari decat produsul in sine!!! DE EVITAT!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. I sent back the monitor which one I received from emag.ro.
It had 6-8 faulty pixels. Depanero sent me an email that the fault is not true. Basically they lie to us. I should go to the court. They are sending me back the pixel faulty monitor. Don't order anything from emag.ro
