Customer service was excellent
Ordered a fan with reomote control. Unfortunately the remote did not work, new remote sent out, but the fault must have been on the fan unit. Full refund given quckly and efficiently. Customer service is 5* - Many thanks

I ordered a fan
I ordered a fan, which is brilliant and very stylish. Very low noise and like the way you can set the different rotation. It's just what I needed for this warm weather we're having.
Quick service, it was delivered the next day.
Had great comments how good the fan is used from family members.
Definitely would recommend this appliance, not heard of this company before but the reviews helped me decide. I would definitely look at ordering again.

Very quiet and efficient fan, much needed during the heatwave
The fan was delivered to a pickup point well packaged. It is a well made fan, very quiet and efficient, especially in the lower settings. You can even switch the lights of the small display off if you want your bedroom really dark. I might buy a second one.

Powerful fan
The fan arrived on time. It is a powerful fan with a variety of speeds. It was more than adequate for my living room. It is quiet. I used an extension lead so I could move it around the room. I am very pleased with it.

Great price great postage and delivery but unfortunately a useless product. Fitted yesterday and totally underpowered. Would need to be at least twice as powerful to stop and flies etc
