Hope okay to pop a little thank you here.

Firstly, I’d like to thank Andrew for being so patient and accommodating regarding my disability needs during my initial phone call. Thank you for answering all my questions and allowing me to check the signposting. Appreciate companies work in partnership, found having the direct link to OctoInkjet particularly helpful. The communication and updates were good and the service was speedy.

I’d also like to thank the team as a whole, particularly Peter and Chris for their assistance.

I was a little unsure whether all the details regarding my hearing needs had been passed on to Chris, as communication felt a little hit and miss, not necessarily in the lead-up to the appointment, but on arrival. I may simply have missed the doorbell, so I appreciate that this could have just been one of those things.

That said, I was genuinely quite surprised and really appreciated that Chris, despite my being used to service people keeping shoes on, he actually removed his shoes before coming into my flat, thought that was very thoughtful and considerate.

Chris also went beyond what I was expecting. Rather than simply connecting everything to my old laptop, he took the time to work out how to connect my printer to my second-hand notebook, tablet and made sure I was ready to go.

So, a big thank you to Andrew, Peter, Chris and the whole Diamond Source team, really appreciate the patience, thoughtfulness and effort shown throughout. It made a real difference.

Engineer called when he was about 50mins away from my house. He was courteous and cleaned the printer (that had been suffering phantom paper jams) for me. No further jams experienced since but the service was only yesterday. The engineer did also say that if the printer suffered the same issue again within 3 months of the service that they would come out again FOC to recheck it. This was better than I had expected.

Diamond Source were incredibly helpful in getting both of my printers back up and running after an office move. They were quick, efficient and very easy to work with. I’d happily recommend them.

My printer was jamming on printing the second side when set to print both sides of the paper. The engineer repaired it without the requirement of any new parts. He also gave me useful advice on what to do if the rollers or the print head needed replacing in the future. All done efficiently.

Saif was very helpful indeed in promptly amending my requirements and he communicated very well and very promptly. The items delivered were exactly as we had agreed.

The appointment was arranged to fit in with my commitments. The engineer provided a text confirming the arrival time and this was the time that had been agreed. On arrival, the history of the problem was explored and advice was given on the solution. This was undertaken and I was shown how to correct the problem myself in the future.
I would use this company again: the staff are efficient, helpful and diplomatic.

Really impressed with Diamond, prompt response and the engineer fix my Epson printer, no problem.

Simple & professional process; engineer turned up promptly and then returned with the required parts a couple of days later as agreed. Prices reasonable and although our desktop printer is relatively cheap it was nice to be able to economically repair it instead of going down the accepted route of throwing it away and buying a new one...

Saif is so friendly and we really appreciate him checking in to remind us if we need a top up. An email or phone call with him is always pleasant and warm :)
