I got immediate attention to my problem with my computer printer. Excellent and friendly help came same day. I then also got very helpful advice and backup to resolve my problem with the printer again same day.
I will happily and unhesitatingly use their service again.

Had major reservations about the business model of paying in advance of the engineer's call but I need not have worried.
The engineer did an excellent job - resolving one substantive issue and explaining what would be needed to resolve the other one (a new part but we judged that unnecessary). Also impressed by the follow up from the company about options opened to us. Would recomend.

Do not use this firm. We had a relationship over a number of years. Sold us the "perfect" option for our office. The products were subpar so we complained. We were told there was nothing to do and thank you for trusting us but good bye.

Mr Saif Ramzan was extremely helpful in advising that my 10 year old printer a HP Color Laser Jet Pro M252dw could still be used connecting via a pcl driver to Windows 11 on a new desktop computer. The printer worked with Windows 10 but is not supported by Windows 11. Although not a new printer, it is extremely sturdy and of very good quality. The toners are still available for purchase and I will always support Saif and DiamondSource. Invaluable help.
