The team at Diamondsource are really helpful and professional. They provide quotes and deliver goods quickly (next day in my experience for printer inks).
I have chosen a loyalty (not contract) option where we purchase a certain number of printer inks per year and receive a complimentary service for the applicable printers amongst other things including 24/7 email/phone support if we have any issues with our printers.
Cost of compatible (high yield inks) are very competitive.
Really happy with my experience so far in using their services.
