Saif Ramzan offers friendly and very proactive service.

We had an issue with our office printer and within a couple of hours of letting Saif know, he had arranged an engineer visit and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes.

Could not have received better service. Helpful, punctual, professional, friendly and fixed the problem. No fuss or hassle, pricing clear, the engineer turned up when expected and clearly knew what he was doing. He was also respectful of property and equipment and explained everything he was doing as he was going along.

I recently ordered a new Brother printer through Diamondsource. The sales process was handled by Bob in a helpful manner and the machine was installed by the brilliant Chris on one of the hottest days of the year with good humour and great efficiency. He also took time to ensure I knew exactly how to operate the new printer before he left. All in all, the whole experience was as pain-free as I had hoped it would be.

They responded promptly, were punctual in their service, solved my problem,and there were no extra or unjustified charges. I strongly recommend them .

After payment was made, an appointment was booked to service 2 office printers (Canon and HP).
We received a telephone call from Chris (Engineer) when he was on his way.
He is experienced and understood our print and scan issues with the printers. He professionally cleaned, tested and checked both printers were working.
We are pleased with the process of efficiently and effectively servicing our printers.

Horrendous Experience – Stay Away!

I contacted this company because I was told they regularly service EcoTank printers. But the so-called "expert" who came over was completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the original issue (a clogged cyan nozzle), they made things worse — now the yellow ink is also clogged, which was working perfectly before their visit.

To make matters even more insulting, they sent me an invoice quoting a repair cost higher than the price of a brand-new printer, for damage their own technician caused! This feels like a complete scam. I paid for a repair, not to be upsold or left with a worse problem than I started with.

Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.

They will try and scam you and sell you a new printer. They said our 2-year-old printer was beyond economic repair and that they couldn't get the parts for it anyway. We called the manufacturer who came out and fixed it in 5 minutes, it didn't even need any parts, a sensor was stuck.

Absolutely fantastic service. From initial call, to following correspondence, engineer visit and advice given... All outstanding. Friendly, professional service highly recommend using.

Professional, polite and persisted until every last problem with my excellent, but long discontinued Dell laser printer, was fixed. Would give Chris, the engineer, and Diamondsource, the company, 100%

Poor service, every time we paid them £150+ to visit, we end up getting a printer which wont turn back on or needs replacing. We have spent over £3000 replacing machines and now to be told we need to replace another or it needs more parts. Prior to the engineers visit, it worked fine and printed, the engineer has left and it no longer prints or even turns on.

The engineer was very efficient and helpful. Got the printer working again in no time. Thanks
