Great company, Bob is really helpful. Helped us out with repairs at very short notice, we have since used them for servicing and replacement parts. Been spot on every time.

Just the best service on printers and ink. Reminder calls are logged as requested and the speed of service of the printer themselves is second to none. When I needed a new printer they listened to our needs and budget and made sure we got value for money - repeated ever since on servicing and replacement. Would highly recommend as a specialist in the field.

Service from these chaps is second to none. They replaced rollers on my aging Laserjet 18 months ago, a very good experience, as a home user with a single printer. It had some issues yesterday, so I sent them screenshots of source / photo of print and asked for advice on repairs. Phoned me *10m* later, suggested that cost of repair wasn't economic and sorted me out with a new A-Grade Brother Laser for not a lot more than their callout charge, arriving tomorrow. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Bob has to be the most reliable source of printer cartridges in the UK. His attention to detail is second to none. I cannot recommend Diamond Source more highly to small or large companies alike.

Only gripe with the company is there is lack of knowledge as to what the best printers for vinyl labels are.

First time I have used this company and they were excellent. Identified parts required which I then ordered and engineer arrived as appointment and was very personable. He managed to carry out the service and leave the printer working again, no additional hidden charges, would recommend them to my friends.

I contacted Diamond Source. They were extremely professional. The engineer attended on time as arranged. I had no clue what to do with this printer and Chris the engineer did not make me feel uncomfortable about that. Chris was so professional, experienced and understanding of what I needed. I am so pleased with the service I received.

Had a non-colour printing issue, now have a non-working printer issue!

Non-printing functions were fine, only issue was printing was not full colour.

The engineer came, identified a cyan head was missing, proceeded to identify if there were blockages and leaked cyan ink EVERYWHERE!

He left with blue hands advising not to switch on the device and that I purchase a new printer. I was sent a quote and a goodwill gesture of a free callout should I purchase a new printer from them…accepting no fault.

I chanced turning on the on the printer to use the non-printing functions and got error message 031006: common cause is a damaged or faulty mainboard, which was not the case pre-engineer’s visit.

Never seen the like and I worked for Xerox for 5 years!

When I contacted them I got a speedy response and the service was excellent. In particular, Bob went beyond expectations in trying to find the perfect solution to match my specific needs.

Service is good but the accounts are shambolic. Even though I paid promptly I got repeated demands for payment. They demanded proof that I had paid as their records were inadequate.
This went on for four months between Feb and June 2023.
Eventually they acknowledged I had paid and apologised.
Today five months later I got another
demand for payment for the same invoice yet again with a threat of a late penalty fee. Absolutely unbelievable.

Great price, service, delivery & support. The only other thing we could ask for would be to have it for free 🤣

We have 2 MFC of different makes and one of which did not print due to toner problems. Spoke to the engineer and advised him of the issues we had and he immediately knew the problem with the machine that hasn't worked in over 12 months. Needless to say the issue was fixed and is now working. The other machine just need a service and he carried that out without any problem and now it prints like new. Highly recommend Diamondsource as they are reasonably priced and speedy. Engineer was with us in less than 24 hours after the initial contact. Location is not a problem as we work in Birmingham
