Always a great service from DiamondSource. I have dealt with them at multiple companies that I have worked for. No job is too big and they are always on hand to help when things don't go quite as planned.

The printer engineer Chris arrived on the dot. He was very pleasant & polite. He was very efficient and knew his job very well.
Serviced the printer, upgraded the firmware n resolved the printing issues within I think 35-45 minutes

Chris was polite, good-humored and best of all optimistic about the task at hand. He said he’d be able to fix my printer and he did. It’s an old Samsung Laser printer and Chis encouraged me to stick with it rather than replace it, as there is nothing wrong with it that can’t be fixed again.

Chris was my printer engineer who I booked through Diamondsource.
The booking process was quick and easy. On the day Chris arrived on time and had called ahead giving me notice he would be with me in 30 minutes which was very helpful. He immediately set about fixing 2 printers for me with zero fuss. He fixed issues with both printers quickly and efficiently. He was polite with a good sense of humour. Chris came to our office to resolve a print head error which was displayed on our Epson printer. We were advised to go ahead and replace the printhead by Chris and he came to fit the new one. Extremely friendly and knowledgable. We hope to gain a few years more out of our printer now. Thanks

Chris was fantastic from the start, diagnosed the printer very quickly and returned to fit the part. He was very professional and went beyond installing the new part for printer; he also fixed the drivers of the printer. Definitely will recommend Chris and Diamond services!

We are struggling with our printer unable to connect network found these guys on the net, paid their service charge upfront, never informed us when they are coming and last week without intimating turned up, due to emergency we opened the office late, and he just left and till today we are waiting, Andrew promised someone will come before 3 PM today, till now waiting and these people don't consider our urgency , canceled the order even they refused to refund. They should have basic thinking that Printer is essential and they should at lease let us know when they are coming after taking money

In common with other reviewers, I found the company very helpful and provided very reasonable value. The technician, Chris, turned up exactly to time, carried out the service with no fuss, and advised on a number of issues. He also had a pleasant personality and was good to chat to.

Chris was 5 star. We had Chris out to come fit a new fuser in our Brother 8690 machine. Was fitted in less than 30 minutes and we now have no paper jams. Fantastic work.

Excellent customer service. Contacted them about fixing a dead HP printer but decided it was quicker to replace it as our business can't function without one. Andrew in service recommended a Brother machine which is perfect for our requirements and Jeremy in sales arranged delivery by 10:30 the next morning (it arrived at 9:30!). I had Chris out to my home office to see if my 15 year old printer was salvageable. Unfortunately although Chris managed to get it working for a short period of time the parts were no longer available to obtain a fix. This said Chris recommended a Brother model printer to myself which he later came and installed. He trained me how to use the device and set up two different ways for me to scan. Very impressed will certainly recommend.
