We can see that the stove you purchased was in stock with our supplier at the time of ordering, but that this will have required transportation to our warehouse to then arrange delivery to your address.
As per your conversation with our sales team, we will have made every effort to get the order to you by your requested delivery date. Unfortunately, especially when it comes to supplier deliveries, delays can happen on occasion often due to factors beyond our control.

Ordering was easy, waited a week then was given a delivery date the item kept being delayed then didn't arrive which was annoying as I'd taken a day off work. Received a call from delivery service in the evening to redeliver the item the next day, no updates from driver, item arrived quite a few hours late but it beautiful absolutely beautiful , not enough mortar but easily fixed will order one for my son

Outstanding service and an incredible BBQ
I recently purchased a Kamado Joe - Big Joe Series III - Adventurer Pack from Direct Stoves and couldn't be happier with both the product and the service I received.
The Big Joe itself is an absolute thing of beauty. The build quality is exceptional and it's clear that this is a serious piece of kit that will provide years of enjoyment. I'm still in the process of putting it together, which isn't the quickest or easiest job due to its size and weight, but that's hardly surprising given how substantial it is.
I was particularly impressed with the delivery service. The BBQ arrived securely packaged on a pallet and the delivery driver was extremely helpful. He was able to manoeuvre it into our back garden, which made the whole process so much easier and saved a great deal of effort on my part.
From ordering through to delivery, everything went smoothly and professionally. Based on my experience so far, I would have no hesitation in recommending Direct Stoves to others. Excellent service and an outstanding product.

Disappointed that my flat iron griddle didn't come with a gas hose and regulator, so had to buy that separately, also, a few days after I ordered it, the price went down buy 100 pounds.
