Delivery didn't turn up, and no one called to say it had been cancelled. Then redelivery took a further week. I wasted a whole day waiting in. Product was good once it arrived, though.

Good website. Very good quality doors from a wide choice. I purchased 6 doors in total, pre-finished (already painted with varnish). Some had frosted glass, and some did not.
However, the door handles were not delivered. This was annoying, but they corrected it within 48 hours.

Ordering the door was simple. When the door was delivered the delivery driver took photos of the bashed cardboard box that the door had been packaged in and said he would pass them on. We were unable to check the door as my husband has had a stroke and I couldn’t physically lift the door as it’s a heavy fire door. Our joiner came a few days later to fit it and there was a chunk missing out of the top which was actually lying in the box. My husband phoned the company and explained only to be told there was nothing they could do as you only have 48 hours to report damages. Needless to say we won’t recommend this company and will buy the other 10 fire doors we need for our business from a company who actually have better customer service. As you can see with other reviews this company won’t respond as they couldn’t care less. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I will never order from this company again, or any of their sister companies. They trade under multiple different names, so I’d strongly recommend doing your research before placing an order.

The door I received arrived with a massive hole in it. It was still completely wrapped when I discovered the damage, and I immediately contacted their customer care team and sent clear photos showing the issue.

What happened next was absolutely shocking.

Despite providing photographic evidence that the door was damaged, their customer service team were rude, dismissive and completely unwilling to help. No replacement. No refund. No reasonable solution. Just excuse after excuse and a complete refusal to take responsibility.

It seems they are very happy to take your money, but once they have it, you’re left completely on your own if there’s a problem with the product.

As someone who regularly works with doors and orders materials for customers, I’ve dealt with plenty of suppliers over the years, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and its sister companies. There are plenty of other suppliers out there who actually value their customers and stand behind the products they sell.

For me, they’ve lost my business permanently.

Would have liked notification of delivery time before day of delivery as I had an early appointment which I couldn’t change. The ability to be able to communicate with the driver was essential. Luckily I was home in time for the delivery. Driver Mark very polite and helpful.

Ordered two Farley white primed doors. Was supplied with two Washington white primed doors, which were smooth. Where as Farley doors are normally textured.
Was told by customer services that, quote;
“The manufactures call this door a Washington however due to marketing reasonings the doors are re- named as Farley meaning you have received the correct doors.”
This is totally misleading and false advertising.
But customer services insisted this was correct.
So ended up paying for delivery and return for something I did not l order.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPAMY.

little over the top.

I spoke with someone over the phone to get some advice about a sliding pocket door, all my questions were answered including a question around delivery time scales. I then ordered online, the door arrived on time and was delivered with care by the Doors and More delivery drivers. Overall great customer service and good quality door, thank you.

I have received the door purchased in double quick time which certainly surprised me. Although I have not opened the parcel yet I am sure all is well. The packaging looks as though it has been handled carefully.

Great level of comms. Could track the driver and on delivery the driver was very helpful.
