Service and delivery people are very helpful and understanding but it taken one month to deliver

The back of the headboard is plain black with thin material not the same colour as the the front of the board nor is it padded therefore, could easily get ripped! Had I known that I wouldn’t have bought this bed.
On a positive note, the shop assistant and the guys who delivered and assembled were great.

Thank you Peter for the follow up call, you have explained very well the reasons why the headboard is made this way. On that note I will rate Dreams 5 star. Great customer service.

We went to the east acton dreams store and was served by a lovely gentleman, Martin. As a couple we were buying our first bed together as were so happy with the way we were treated in this store. Martin was extremely friendly and even walked away at times in order for us to have a private conversation. Could not have wished for better customer service!

After many months of internet research, I finally went to the dreams shop in Acton to find out what I really needed and I was not disappointed. Martin got me on the Dreams test bed immediately and we found out not only what I want but what I needed for a great night sleep. I ordered the whole kit, base, mattress, cover pillows and a headboard. There was no rush to make a decision and I left a very happy customer. The wait was 6 weeks which felt like forever. On delivery day the install team were great they advised a time and turned up and did the install promptly and efficiently. Great service from start to finish - I only wish i had gone earlier as i was tempted so many times to revert and order on-line so glad I didn't! I highly recommend personally researching you sleep needs and where you spend so much of your life. Thankyou to the Dreams DREAM TEAM ! :)

Linda, the sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. She advised us very well as we were a bit lost at the beginning, she offered a pillow to try all the bed, and the pillow was extremely comfortable.
I would recommend everyone that needs a new bed to go there and also try the sleepmatch bed! Amazing technology. Love it!!

Very good service, good selection

Good advice given over the phone as to which purchase would be best for me. I was kept informed of the time the item would be delivered the day before and also 1 hour before they arrived to confirm they were on their way. Quick and efficient delivery by pleasant workmen. Excellent experience from beginning to end.

Great friendly service with honest professional advice.

I walked into dreams in Acton, having no clue of what products I should get however I knew I wanted a comfortable bed for my bad back. This lady welcomed me very warmly made me do the sleep test and walked me through the store checking for the bed that suits my budget and also making sure I understand each bed and its primary purpose. I got my bed in no time and even though after getting it I wanted something a lot harder I still got the choice of coming to change it when I feel like it's got insurance.

When we arrived at our local Dreams store, we were greeted by a very helpful member of staff. We used the Sleepmatch machine to give us a better understanding of what mattresses would suit us best. I would definitely recommend for someone to use it if your store has one.

Once we had tried a few different mattresses we sat down to place our order. Our order came 5 weeks later when we had arranged it and the delivery guys were very helpful and efficient.

We decided to exchange our mattresses as we had chosen ones that were too hard thinking they would last longer. Should have listened to the Sleepmatch machine! Dreams easily sorted this out and 3 weeks later our new mattresses arrived. We are currently enjoying comfortable nights sleeping.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Martin, the salesman, was knowledgeable and gave good advice and didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress. The one I bought is wonderful and I wish I'd bought it years ago! Dreams are aptly named! Highly recommend.

I visited the Acton branch and the service received by Lynda was excellent. Very helpful, patient and friendly, took her time in helping me choose the right bed and mattress. Very satisfied.

I had a very good store experience. Saba and Linda were pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. I would have liked a slightly shorter delivery time than a week, but other than that, no issues thus far. I will write again once I have tested out the mattress! : )
