They were very professional and patient and gave me the chance to ask as many questions as I wanted and to try different mattresses

We did happen to go on a Sunday morning so we were the only people there, but we were quick to be seen. Purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was great, even to a 3rd floor flat. We assembled on our own and once we found the instructions hiding in one of the boxes it did take a few hours but it's fairly simple. Hopefully won't need another bed for a while but when we do we'll go to Dreams again first.
