In store experience was really good. Store was pleasant and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Did not feel rushed or pressured.

Replacement Mattress
Replacement Mattress. The sales agent was very helpful. I was offered a sleep assessment after which I was shown several mattresses that matched my requirements, each for different styles, quality and price. For each one the sales agent described the pros and conns of each. I was able to make an informed choice.
I also chose for my old mattress to be removed an recycled (for a fee)
The delivery was great, on time, quick and efficient. The delivery man also provided guidelines on how to look after the mattress and reminded me of the trial period.

Excellent customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff. I phoned the shop first in Dragonville, Durham, spoke with Rachel so when I visited the shop I had a name to ask for. Cant fault the service I received 😁 Bed was for my Mam, she loves it, looks great and gets a good nights sleep.

Brilliant Service from start to finish
Brilliant Service from start to finish. Leanne the manager at Durham Store was fabulous and helped us a lot with decisions on which bed to buy with no pressure, answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. This is our second big purchase from Dreams and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now amazing service!!

One problem but it was sorted
Hi,
We did have one slight problem, but it was sorted by a lovely lady in the Head Office called Sabria. I can not fault the quality of the product, as it is very good. The delivery was as expected, and the bed was easy to assemble.

Friendly attentive service from Durham…
Friendly attentive service from Durham Dreams store. Clare was excellent in helping me find the right product for my needs, and even helped me compare colours with my current paint and fabric colour scheme. Excellent service, would definitely recommend

Good night's sleep on new mattress
My wife and I were anxious not to make a mistake buying 2 new mattresses. We had already seen two Dreams mattresses online which we felt were suitable for us. A visit to our local store and sleep match confirmed one of our choices was ideal. We bought 2 mattresses and have been pleased with our purchases as they are extremely comfortable. The staff involved in our purchase and delivery were excellent.
