The bed is beautiful however not very satisfied with the mattress. It is already making too much noise when moving about in the bed. Everything else was great (lovely and helpful staff. Delivery team very helpful)

Delivered on time. Men were polite a d courteous. We were not hassled by pushy sales staff. We could browse at leasure.

Nobody told me the base was without pannel only a big fabric with velcro round edge. Bed perfect except this disappointed. After all this money i spend even the delivery was done on the front door otherwise to bring inside I need to put extra money very very disappointed

I'm sorry but your driver was very rude to me, I'm 60 years old and I had surgery the day before and I asked him if he could help me take out my couch which was too heavy for me to take out so he didn't help me and even specifically with me inside my house in the same operation I had to take out the couch without help.

Everything is great , quality, soft , comfortable but there is a one problem that I can not sleep on my stomach, my back after a minute getting hurt, but sleeping on the back and sides are perfect

From going to the showroom where the service was professional helpful and not pushy and finding what was right for me. To looking for a date and then regular updates to tell me they would be coming that day. Then the day before giving me a narrower time frame. On the day drivers called to say when they would be arriving and came when they said. Again very professional and put it all together very carefully but also respected my home when bringing it in and taking old one away. Very speedily done too. Would definitely recommend them. Bed very comfortable and very pleased with it all.

The whole experience was good, from help choosing to delivery. Communication great. Delivery guy very joyous and enthusiastic.
Lugging it all up stairs and assembling was a little taxing but with two of it was a quick. Some parts very heavy. Definitely needs two people.

Prompt reliable delivery and my mattress is all I dreamed off.
