From the time I went to Dreams in, Feltham
1 Wilton Parade, TW13 4BU Feltham, I was met by wayne who was kind, knowledgeable, patient and took time to explain everything to me about my purchase. Also explained when delivery would be made and that I would be contacted prior to the date by the delivery team. Everything was excellent.

Most efficient in store when ordeing in Feltham branch. Delivery was great, ctainly on time by the minute.

It really was the great customer service, then the delivery men were diamonds. Many thanks.

Guy, who served over the phone was very good with me especially when I left an early morning message explaining the bed I'd ordered was too big. My fault as not measured properly. I didn't think I'd beable to get a bed at all but Guy soon got me on the right track and the bed was ordered very quickly and I didn't even have to wait very long to receive it. Thank you Guy.

The driver and backend service are very very nice but the salesman at the shop are not the same.

The quality of bed and mattress are very good so I suggest that can do some more research online and self help at the shop then order at online .

Good service in shop. Our choice was not on display but assistant was able to locate our exact model online. Made purchase and was able to pick a suitable delivery date. Informed the day before of our two hour delivery slot. Also called on morning of delivery to pinpoint arrival time. We had requested assembly service. Drivers were polite, efficient, tidy. Bed was made up quickly. Very pleased with service from purchase to delivery.

I received a delivery on 30-10-2024 and got a bed with one of the drawer broken and stuck inside.
I had a problem with my bed but just now 9th of November 2024 Simon called me from dreams team and he told me that your half new bed will be delivered on 19th of November 2024 and he will give me £ 50 pounds back for the inconvenience…Thanks Simon for calling and confirming…about my bed.

I was satisfied with the quick delivery of my bed. It is really comfortable to sleep in.

From testing the mattresses, ordering, delivery and installation everything was excellent. Can’t fault the service. Delivery communication was great and the guys building the bed were friendly and professional.
