Helpful staff and great delivery service.

Arrived on time built in room perfect very professional and nice Guys toboot!! Everything was exceptional 👌

When looking for a bed for my disabled mother I called into Dreams Lancaster and was met by two very helpful and lovely ladies Anya and Carole they searched the stores website for any bed that was low enough for my mother to be able to easily get in and out of, they measured beds in the store to check the height from the floor. They went the extra mile and over and above to help me choose the right bed for her nothing was too much trouble they are a credit to Dreams I can't thank them enough for their kindness and help.

Bed brought Feb 2 delivered Feb 18 .
Everyone in the shop were lovely, offered drinks, went on sleep match only me husband said no. Shown the different mattresses & divans to match me, laid on them. I wished we could have wander round on our own after just to try again but I understand why cause a few minutes on each bed is hard to pick one. Went through all the details with us told to give a few weeks to get use to. Delivery guys were very good even though we were told they would just bring into bungalow, they put it into our room. Instructions were put in with mattress had to goggle how to put bed together even though we knew just wanted to do it right. Could not get on shop Web site to leave a review (old not technical mined) . The bed is higher than our last one but seems OK at moment

We had a lovely time choosing our new mattress. I can highly recommend Lancaster Dreams. The service We received was exemplary. There was no pressure at all to seal the deal and we took ages trying all the beds but never felt we were a nuisance.

Anya and Simon made the whole experience of buying a bed and mattress so enjoyable and they were very friendly and informative and gave us impressive discounts.

The sales assistant missed an item off the order. When attempting to resolve the issue, the assistant and the manager tried to create a private sale of the item so that they could avoid any accountability for their mistake from head office. Having spoke with the customer service and escalations team they were incapable of finding a resolution or actually investigating the issue. Incredibly disappointed.

Staff were fantastic from ordering to delivery day polite and very tidy made sure everything was OK before going very friendly won't order from anyone else now

I’ve had this particular bed & mattress before, so knew exactly what I was looking for. Dreams made my wish come true.

Today I visited the Dreams shop in Lancaster - a lovely little shop near the M6. I was assisted by a lovely lady named Anya who was just amazing. I wanted to just do a little shout out as she is an absolute credit to your company and hopefully someone will see this and give her this feedback. Would highly recommend this store just on this visit today. Thank you Anya - we need more of you in retail!

First class service and product. The guys who delivered the bed and mattress did a quick and efficient job of assembling the bed. Now have a comfortable and restful nights sleep.
