Although the mattress has been good for my husband I have not found it good for me. i have found it too hot with the foam top and too hard for me. It is only 2 weeks though so may get used to it.

Would highly recommend Dreams Bolton . Want to mention especially employees Martin and Sam. Due to my daughter’s allergies we were looking to exchange the mattress quickly to alleviate symptoms . I was abit apprehensive as I wasn’t sure what the reaction would be from Dreams as the 100 day exchange was very close however I spoke to Martin who immediately put me at ease and told me that he would sort out the problem for us and not to worry. On our return to the shop to make the exchange we met Sam who helped us to make the correct choice and dealt with head office on our behalf to instigate the change quickly and stress free. Both employees afforded us a professional friendly and knowledgeable level of customer service and are a credit to the company .

excellent service from Dawn at the Middlebrook DREAMS in Bolton, took lots of time helping us choose the right bed and mattress for us.
Only gripe? the guys delivering the items thought it was ok to sling my £2k mattress onto his head and walk it into my home!?! on reading the bluirb , the manufacturers specifically state NOT to do so and to always use 2 persons to carry , as they are extremely heavy and doing so could damage the springs ....there ya go.

My mum and I visited the Bolton Middlebrook store recently to enquire about a new single bed and mattress - down-sizing from an old double divan my mum had outgrown after many years. From the moment we entered the store Dawn the sales-person we met, provided great customer service; welcoming and friendly, she knew exactly what to advise and suggest to ensure my mum purchased the right bed and mattress for her needs. The fact that her old bed would get recycled and not added to an ever-growing landfill made the visit that bit more impressive. We were both very happy wth our first visit to this Dreams store. Highly recommended.

The member of staff who dealt with my order in store was superb, she helped me to choose the correct mattress for my requirements and then explained clearly the ordering and delivery process. The two young men who delivered the mattress were also superb. They called me to inform me of the delivery time and then called again ten minutes before arriving. Upon arriving they were polite and efficient - new mattress in and old mattress out within minutes. A great experience from store to delivery. Well done to all the staff.

Delivered on time , driver and helper were polite and did a good quick job. They removed their shoes which I thought was very considerate.

The service at Dreams Middlebrook was outstanding, we purchased a bed last year & were so impressed we took my mother there . They couldn’t do enough for us , from placing the order to delivery the service was amazing.

The team in store were friendly and knowledgable. Thought your computerised mattress finder was a great idea and it did choose the right mattress for me.
The delivery men were excellent too, forewarnings by fone & text…… friendly and helpful.

The delivery is very smooth. The delivery team is so nice, helpful and professional. We haven’t started using the bed but it looks good.
