From entering the store at Bolton the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
We chose a Harrison Spinks Bed and mattress which we are delighted with.
The bed was delivered at the agreed date and time, the delivery men were great and built the bed up for us.
Overall a fantastic service from start to finish.

In store service excellent
In store service excellent, we were unable to take delivery for a considerable number of months, there was no problem with us constantly moving the goal post. The delivery drivers were so pleasant unpacked the bed set it up etc made sure it was operational and instructed us on how to use. The bed we chose was a Dreams adjustable two singles together, with Harrison Spinks mattresses one firm one medium and Harrison Spinks toppers. The bed is so comfortable, it's the best one we have every had and our last one was excellent it was a Vispring. Due to health (chest) issues I am now able comfortable to sleep sat up in bed, would definitely recommend

Great all round experience.
The store was well laid out and the assistant was extremely helpful without being pushy. The delivery notifications were efficient as was the delivery. Our new bed and topper mattress is very comfortable and we feel we made a good choice with the help of the assistant. Very happy.

Great Service
The store was clean and we were greeted upon entry. Staff helped to find the perfect mattress after using the sleep match. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would recommend

Bed harder than i ordered
Customer service was very good, However this mattress is definately harder than the one I lay on in the shop. I even checked the label just to be sure as I dont believe its actually the same one. I have given it 30 days to see if it softens but i'm still not sleeping and waking up in agony. If this is a soft mattress then I would hate to feel what a firm one is like. I'm so disappointed , as the one in the shop felt so soft. This is so expensive and feel more comfy on my daughters £200 Ikea mattress.

I was very pleased with the service at…
I was very pleased with the service at Dreams the assistants were very helpful plus was offerred a coffee which was a nice touch.
The delivery men were all very efficient and friendly and made a fuss of my dogs which was nice. They also cleaned up and got rid of any plastic bags that were with the bed
